Thank you for your feedback. It is of paramount importance to us that we take care of our customers and provide the highest quality service, and we take every and all concerns seriously. I must say, I was surprised to see your review since we were never contacted with any concerns regarding your move and your review was posted more than 6 months after completion of the move. I wish you had decided to follow-up with us personally regarding this concern right after your move so we could have addressed it. Since seeing your review, I have tried to contact you over the phone multiple times and left messages so we could discuss your concerns, but I'm unable to get a hold of you. Please give me a call at the office whenever convenient so we can discuss. I'm very disappointed to hear you are upset that the final price differed from the estimated amount and that you feel we are not a forthcoming company. As a result of your feedback, I reviewed the paperwork for your move and it appears the final price was actually almost 10% BELOW the estimate. I have all of the documentation and signed paperwork and would be happy to review it with you at anytime. I hope you find this response forthcoming. If by "They gave us a different price at the end than what was discussed." you mean we came under the estimated price, then I'm confused as to why you gave us a C rating. Sounds like that should be more of a B at the very least, maybe even worthy of an A :-) We tell all prospective clients that our estimates are exactly that - an estimate. They are not a firm quote or binding contract. There are many variables and unforeseen circumstances that can result in the final price being higher or lower than the estimate. All we can do is try our very best to provide our customers with as accurate of an estimate as we can. Sometimes the final cost is more than estimated, and many times we come in under the estimate or are right on point.
