Artisan Movers did a fantastic job helping me move from my 3BR house in Arlington, VA. Dimitri first came to my house to see how much would need to be moved and he explained the whole process - I was very happy to learn that I wouldn't need to pack up the closets as they had wardrobe boxes and would do that for me - saved me so much time and effort! The 4-man crew showed up exactly on time and were amazing! They were polite, efficient and worked non-stop to pack up the truck and unpack at the new house as quickly as possible. Everything showed up damage-free and they consulted with me about where all of the furniture should go in the new house. It was a very stress-free experience. I was very impressed and will absolutely be using Artisan Movers in the future!

We used Artisan Moves for relocating from Maryland to Delaware and the experience was great. Challenging enough to move, but their Dimitry was professional, helpful throughout with all our questions and his estimate spot on (actually it came in a little under). The moving group were wonderful to work with. Hard workers, they wrapped everything, had to load 3 trucks, did not break or lose a think and were happy to move things a couple of times to satisfy a changing customer. I would recommend them anytime. Thanks for making this much easier than I imagined.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful service! Dimitry was always prompt with responding and the movers themselves were very efficient and careful as they worked. Moving is extremely stressful, but Artisan Movers is not! I 100% recommend using Artiscan Movers for all of your moving needs!

My husband and I used Artisan Movers for a recent relocation. The process from start to finish was seamless. Booking was easy, their moving coordinators were very responsive to our questions, and the crew dispatched to perform our move was extremely professional and efficient. They were punctual and prepared. We had many antiques and breakable items to move and each item was expertly packed and arrived safely to our new apartment. Plus, the crew was extremely patient as we tried to decide where to place our furniture, etc. I would highly recommend this company. They truly took the stress out of our move.

I called Artisan to ask about their availability for moving 1 bedroom on a specific date. The person who responded stated that she would ask and call back shortly. Almost a day later, I called again, another person responded with the same line and added "we do not have an ETA but we usually respond within 24 hours". 24 hours later, nothing. Do not waste your time with amateurs. I do not know how this company can be rated an A.

I had a great experience with Artisan Movers from start to finish! They were in touch and responsive from my initial contact through following up after my move. The movers were punctual, efficient, friendly and courteous. They handled all my items with care. The final price was very fair! I would use them again and would recommend to friends and family.

Artisan Movers’ three-man crew arrived on time and worked nonstop for some six hours of disassembling, packing, unpacking and assembling. I keep marveling at (a) the attention they gave to handling the items the way I wanted them handled, always consulting with me if not sure; (b) the evident obsession with their job; (c) the efficiency and thoroughness with which they completed the job; and (d) the sheer manpower that even the smallest of them had. I’m extremely satisfied and hereby gladly recommend them to any inquirer.

I hired Artisan for my move based on the many positive reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the praise. They were easy to schedule, came exactly on time, and were incredibly nice, efficient, professional, and careful with all of my things. My couch very nearly didn't fit around a tight corner, but they kept at it until they got it through, without leaving a scratch anywhere. They made a stressful day much easier - at a really reasonable price - and I'm very grateful. Highly recommend.

My family has used Artisan Movers multiple times, so they came highly recommended. I can now see why that’s the case- they are super reliable, extremely careful, fast and efficient workers. Fast, responsive and professional. These are the things that describe my experience with Artisan Movers. I have moved with many companies in the DMV and most pale in comparison to the level of service Artisan has provided. The staff answered all my questions regarding specifics and the movers were extremely reliable. Santos did phenomenal and outshines almost any mover i have seen.

Marc was great. Artisan was careful with an assortment of furniture being delivered to multiple locations. The movers arrived on time and did not drag their feet. They were worth every penny. Expectations were certainly exceeded.

Needed help moving from Gaithersburg to North Potomac, called for an estimate and had Dimitry and Marc at my house for a FREE in home estimate the next day. They both were very helpful in explaining the process and walking me through what to expect on moving day. After receiving 3 other estimates I knew Artisan Movers were going to be my choice. Moving day was a breeze and finished in less time than expected which is great. Highly recommend them and will use them for future moves. Thanks guys!

I Called the office for an estimate. They were prompt to schedule me with someone who really knew what they were doing. The estimate was on point but more importantly the movers were amazing. Their attention to detail with my items was worth every penny. If you want a company that guides you every step of the way, use Artisan. I will be calling them for my next move.

First time using movers so I was understandably a little nervous, but these three gentlemen, led by Santos, did an excellent job. Constantly moving from start to finish. I think I ended up being a bored client only because I wanted to get out of their way and didn't worry about a thing! And nothing broken - they took a lot of care taking my things down and up three flights of stairs!

Artisan Movers did a great job for our move from a townhouse to a single family home. I was very impressed by how hard the guys worked especially given the high heat that day. The quote I received was very accurate. Nothing was broken during the move, however some walls did get marked in a tight staircase, but it was an easy fix. The money I paid was well worth the work they did.

All i needed was a reliable mover. Artisan movers called me back promptly and gave me a good price. Most companies didn't even bother to call me back. The crew did an excellent job taking care of my art work. I had an extensive pack job and Darwin did amazing. The move out and in went perfect.

I researched movers extensively to facilitate my mom's move. Artisan Movers rep was the most responsive, most flexible and accurate in providing cost estimates by enabling me to provide photos and video of my mom's items by email. They were helpful throughout the process and, on the actual move day, the moving men showed incredible patience and kindness with my family. The move was done smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

Would work with Artisan again. Working with Artisan Movers for my move across town was fast and easy. Having moved before myself and with small groups through UHaul I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient the group was a the care they showed for my furniture. The only item I would look for Artisan to improve is there was significant confusion about what sort of packing required additional cost and what was included in the base package. Overall, I would work with Artisan again for future moves.

After consulting three different movers we went with Artisan as we felt confident after they came to our house to take the time to give us an estimate and assess all the items we needed to move. On moving day they showed up on time and the staff were courteous and overwrapped all our furniture. At our new home they took the time to ask where to place every item prior to setting the furniture down and walking out to the truck. Would use Artisan again.
