The quality must have dropped recently. The movers were on time and quick but they mishandled my furniture. For instance, they did not remove the feet to my sectional before moving it so the material got torn on the corner. I also had a piece of art wrapped in bubble wrap and they ripped it off to wrap it in a blanket but they were not careful at all and scratched the corner. My table also got scratched at multiple places and two lamps broke. Lastly, one of the movers was constantly on the phone instead of doing his job.

I had a good experience with Artisan Movers. We booked 2 movers to move us from Rockville to Frederick within a week of our move. They were fast and super friendly during the move. They took care to wrap our furniture to protect it during the move. I moved from CA to MD just one year ago and was super gun-shy about using professional movers because the previous ones destroyed literally everything we owned. Artisan movers put me at ease. They did a great job and they worked hard. It ended up being a little more expensive than we anticipated, but it was worth it to have our furniture arrive without a bunch of dents and scrapes. And nothing got lost! That in itself is a feat based on how many items did not arrive from our previous move. We are very satisfied with our experience with Artisan Movers and would use them again.

We had a pipe leak and needed to remove bedroom and living room furniture to do mold mitigation. Artisan was able to come the next day after we called and did a great job!

The Artisan Movers are very professional and responsive. We have some high-end solid wood furniture that we need to move from our old house to the new home. The furniture is super heavy and hard to move. They took great care of our furniture, and the whole process is super efficient and smooth. We will definitely recommend Artisan Movers to our friends.

Bryon and his crew were fantastic! We gave them quite a challenge (tons of furniture to keep track of on a 4-stop route), but they were very capable, professional, and careful. Bryon even used his own tools to help me set up some furniture that was delivered with missing parts, which went beyond his job description. His team was clearly willing to stay until I felt totally "moved in." I'd gladly use Artisan Movers for my next move.

The move from MD to NC could not have gone smoother. Milton & Felix showed up on time and thoroughly wrapped all the furniture and efficiently loaded everything for transit. They arrived to unload the following day on time and efficiently offloaded, stowed everything exactly as directed and removed all of the packing materials. There was absolutely no damage to any of our possessions. I could not have been happier with the service provided. Their truck was an air ride and was very clean. Big thumbs up for Artisan Movers!

This was my first time getting movers, and Artisan Movers made the whole process smooth and painless. They took an inventory of my items, and provided me with a base estimate. The day of the move, they arrived promptly and were extremely helpful. The two young men, moved my 1 bedroom apartment efficiently. Showed up on time Very professional and showed up to the delivery location with a smile and willingness to serve. There was no breakage and no dings to walls while moving heavy furniture in. Everything was appropriated wrapped and unwrapped. The move was quick and I would highly recommend their services. In fact, I just referred them to my best friend. James was quick and responsive when I requested a quote, and I really appreciated the honest price structuring that this company uses. The movers were punctual and did a great job! They were flexible with my apartment’s unusual loading dock situation, and even successfully disassembled and reassembled some furniture to be able to move it up a narrow staircase in my new home. The movers were quick and professional, and I even trusted them enough to leave them in my apartment while I went to my new place to continue unpacking. The move cost $1,100, which seems more expensive than competitors, but is more than fair considering the amount of furniture that was wrapped and boxed by the movers. I would hire Artisan Movers again!

Artisan Movers turned what was a stressful move into something stress-free! They were punctual, professional, fast, careful, and responsive. Their online system made my move quick and easy. I moved from a single-family home in Loudoun County to Arlington and requested quotes from six highly-rated moving companies. Artisan was the only company that came to my house and looked at the items I wanted to move before giving me a quote. That impressed me. Their representative Dimitry was so professional, informative, and detail-oriented that it convinced me to choose Artisan. Seven days before the move, my circumstances changed, and I needed to move a day earlier. Two days before the move, I was falling behind in my packing, so I requested that Artisan pack the items in my kitchen. Both times, Artisan agreed without hesitation. On the day of the move, their crew arrived exactly on time. They confirmed with me what needed to be moved, then began working quickly and carefully. I moved to a four-story townhouse, so there were a *lot* of trips up and down narrow stairways with heavy furniture/boxes, but the movers didn't have a problem. All of the items arrived in excellent condition, there was no damage to walls or floors, and the movers finished on time. It was an extremely positive experience, and I'd be happy to hire them again during my next move.
