I spoke with a couple other master electricians prior to contacting Armelcom, and only Aram demonstrated the know-how to install the fan/light unit to meet code while minimizing plaster damage and drilling into load bearing joists/wall that could potentially weaken them.. He exceeded my expectations by 1) installing not just an on/off switch, but a dual dimmer and fan speed control switch; 2) cutting plaster for a new electric box and wiring with precision to minimize damage/repairs; and 3) doing preliminary patching so I wasn't left with gaping holes in my ceiling/wall.

They came the same day I called them and did an excellent job. The cost of the work was very reasonable. I would use them again.

Problems came up with the way the old one had been installed, but Aram fixed the issues and successfully installed the range hood and fan. The renter was supposed to have also asked about an electrical issue with a fan in the attic, but forgot to do that; that's why we had an electrician doing this. I was very pleased with the final product and will not hesitate to call Aram if we have any electrical issues in the future.

Working with Aram left a bad taste in my mouth. He had his own opinions about just about everything, which overrode mine as the homeowner. I chose him because he gave a verbal quote that was much lower than the other electricians I had give me bids, however, when all was said and done, the final charge was more than 50% over what he originally quoted me. The quality of the work was just okay - we had to call him back for repairs to the lighting he installed. More than anything, his attitude made the whole experience bad. I wouldn't recommend him.

Aram is a skilled electrician and troubleshooter who does excellent work. We had Aram install a variety of lighting including recessed lights, ceiling fans, chandelier and outdoor lighting. We will definitely go with Aram again for our electrical needs.

Aram totally aced this issue. I had replaced an outlet where one of the two receptacles worked but the other one didn't. After replacing it, both receptacles worked but the switch stopped working and current went through the switch whether it was on or off. I replaced the switch but no joy. Aram explained that the original outlet had been setup so that one receptacle was always hot and the other one was hot when the switch was on. I explained I wanted them both hot and the switch to work on the fan/light ceiling only. He opened up the outlet, made a change, opened up the switch, made a change, and within 5 minutes of his arrival everything was working perfectly. I have a difficult schedule to accommodate, but he did that well too. I felt i was in the presence of a genius electrician. He offered to charge me less than his normal rate, but why should he be penalized for being so good at his job?

Aram is not only a very qualified and professional electrician, he is a trouble-shooter that finds solutions to problems. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer layman's questions, giving good suggestions to solve more complicated electrical issues in a way you can understand. Fast and efficient. Very pleased with his services and prices seem fair. The TV installation was rather challenging due to the construction of my home, but Aram handled it really well.

Armelcom did a great job and was very responsive. He even made two trips as we were remodeling our kitchen.On time, on budget, polite, knowledgable, no surprises, left house clean, overall a job well done. Very good value for the expense, would certainly recommend him to others.

Great experience, start to finish. I was referred to them by a friend who had used them before. I explained what I was looking to have done and he walked me through what he would do and provided a couple of options that I might not have considered. He was honest on when he thought he could do the job and I told him I was hoping for something sooner. He said that he would see what he could do and was able to squeeze me in after finishing another job in the afternoon. He kept in constant communication, worked efficiently, and charged a fair price in my opinion. Highly recommend them.
