Mr. [Removed Member Name], Despite our very busy schedule and all the new customers calling this year, we still accepted you as a new customer to our company, which was in fact a bigger mistake from us. Had we known what type of a customer you are, we would have never taken your pool account! Cheap one. In fact Mr. [Removed Member Name], you have been completely fired by our company and will never get any service from us, ever again. We have in fact showed up on the same day as promised to open your pool, our reciept indicates that. In this business we never promise an exact time as we are on the road all day. But we have kindly done you a favor and told you the time window frame, and we showed up on that time frame. So you cannot say that we were late! We also gave you the promised courtesy call when were on the way. You have bargained the price down with us and we lowered our cost for you to keep you happy but a customer like you will never be satisfied. You stepped out of your house in the middle of our work (not our fault), saying you will be back in 30 minutes or 1 hour, and you never came back the entire 2.30 hour we were there working on your pool. At pool opening time, we use a portable pump to vacum pools so we dont put the debris in your filter as your swimming pool was very filthy. So as we vacum from our portable system we lower pool water a bit (which was all explained to you upon our arrival). Since you spoke English, we assumed that you understood us! But apparantly not. So pool water was low at the end of our opening, preventing us from starting your system. However, system was installed and fully reassembled, ready for starting. We left all our notes on ticket and also spoke with your wife upon departure explaining to her, who seemed to be happy with our service actually, and who was also watching us most of the time from window, aside from your cameras. Every pool opens differently, meaning that some pools open pretty clean with only a dust coat on the bottom of them. Other pools open looking like a swamp! Your swimming pool had so much leaves and debris on bottom at opening time. We (as explained so many times to you) cannot spend more than a certain time (30 min) vacumming pools with many people on schedule as a first reason and also to make it fair for everyone. Your pool was vacummed for 30 min+, additionally, sir, your swampy spa was drained and cleaned (which is actually an additional $50 charge, minimum) and we never charged you for that! We spent a few minutes discussing your pool with you before you disappeared, and gave you a bunch of good tips and information. We really do not do that in the business either, as we provide orientation classes for that for a charge, but again of course you want it free. We exaplained to your wife also that pool will need a follow up service, and that she needs to fill pool to middle of the tiles and start system. We did not hear anything from you the same day, however, next day you called our company trying to obtain a free service, using the excuse that your pool was not vacummed, when in fact it was vacummed, skimmed and brushed. We also brushed your copings, tiles and deck, which was partially extra, and you never appreciated it. We even cleaned your pool cover before bagging it and you witnessed that before you left. You were told that you need a service and it is $99, but you insisted to have us come and clean your pool for free! Please refer to our website, under "Rates" tab and read the entire page, somewhere in the page it states that opening pools does not mean it will be sparkling blue and ready to use. Some people open their pools and do 2 or 3 services until pool is ready to use, whether they do the services themselves or with us, its the customers that understand how the business goes. You sir have mentioned that it is your second season owning the pool, and we specifically asked you if you know how to start system after pool has filled up and you said "yes" and that you know! It is as simple as just pushing the buttom. Also when you called we tried explaining that on the phone, that we spend a certain amount of time vacumming pools and if needed, a customer should obtain additional service visits. If you remember correctly, we also spent about ten minutes upon arrival figuring out your electric issues (FOR FREE), and helped you to get power to the outside and pool system. Additionally, when you returned the day of the opening and allegedly saw the pool messy as you claiming why did you not call our company same day instead of waiting for the next day? When you called the next day, your phone call was answered immediately (history is available on caller ID and on phone billing cycle statement). When you failed to get your free service from us, you then passed the phone to your wife (who obviously did not understand English, when she pretended she did the day before upon completion of pool opening), and while trying to explain to her, she was the one to hang up the phone on us. So you cannot say that we hang up on you as we never did and never will do that to a pool customer. That is a complete lie... [Removed Member Name], our company has been in the business since 2009, and never gotten a complaint. Our cusomers are with us since we established company. Our technicians, like (Amir) are 14+ years experience though. Most of our customers do referrals for us easily. We therefore believe that your claim is false and ask you to immediately remove your comments on Angie's list as it can affect our business dramatically. We also ask you to remove any such false claims that you may have posted elsewhere online. You will be given only this evening (June 2nd, 2014) to do so.
