They came right out, and looked at it, but they couldn't give me the estimate right away. The guy said he would call me with the estimate, but he didn't call me and I had to call them after 2 days, and then they gave me the estimate. It was too high.  They are very close to where I live.

The first estimator was about 2 hours late, and I had to tell him to leave when he arrived because I had an appointment scheduled. The company apologized and promised to make it right, and they did. The second estimator was prompt and thorough and informative. The job was done right (and corrected problems of the previous installation).

Overall we were very pleased with the job Aladdin did. We have used them several times in the past for both our current property and our previous home. I spoke with Eddie and scheduled an appointment to have an estimate done. We weren't sure we were going to actually do the floors before the holidays, but due to the price we paid, the time frame  we could have the installation scheduled and the fact that we replacing floors in pretty bad shape, it was a no brainer.  Eddie was super nice, always prompt and a great communicator. Installation took 2 days, first day to removed old flooring and second day to install new floor. Guys doing the install were also great, very prompt and accommodating when we needed something in the kitchen.  They did such a great job, that I recommended them to a friend who is going to have work done as soon as they settle on their new home. Will definitely be using them in the future!

We recently bought an older townhouse in Gaithersburg, MD. The flooring was absolutely awful in the kitchen, foyer, front hall, downstairs bath, and basement landing areas. We contacted Aladdin Carpet and Floors based on customer reviews on Angie's List. The technicians removed two previous layers of flooring in the kitchen, and one previous layer in the other areas. We are very pleased with the vinyl sheet flooring we bought and with the quality of the technicians' work. They re-set the toilet in the downstairs bath and removed / put back the refrigerator with ice-maker in the kitchen. They did beautiful work and the floors look 2,000% better. We would certainly recommend Aladdin to other customers.
We want to also give special notice to the salesman who worked with us, Eddie Davis. He was very professional when meeting with us and on the phone, and he was easy to work with. Although we rejected the initial estimate because our finances simply wouldn't permit it, Eddie kept in touch with us over several weeks to try to work something out. He was able to offer us a Black Friday special that we could work with. He kept in frequent touch during the installation process to make sure we were happy with our experience.

The saleman stood me up the first scheduled appointment.  I don't know if he underestimated the distances or just ran too late. But, I lost an afternoon of work waiting for him to show.  He did show for the rescheduled time.   The installers were great...... efficient, skilled and polite. The carpet is beautiful.

I was very pleased with Aladdin.  I was contacted by Tony soon after I purchased the deal ($300 whole house Stainmaster, which really means $2.99 sq ft for all the rooms you care to carpet).  Sasan then came out to the house with samples within a day or two of my first contact.  He was very polite and professional.  He down-sold the carpet to a lower quality, less expensive builder's grade carpet, which was fine with me as we are selling the house and it saved me about $600.  He also priced the Stainmaster option, which was as stated and also very reasonably priced.  The carpet was installed about 10 days later by a two-man crew, who were also polite and professional.  They were a couple hours late, but I received a call letting me know.  I was happy with the work and felt they did a very good job, especially on the steps and where the carpet met other flooring.  They moved a very heavy pellet stove to lay the carpet, and also had to carpet around a decorative barn wood wall.  Overall, I thought they Aladdin was responsive, professional and very easy to deal with.  I would (and may) use them in the future.

English was not his first language which made it more difficult for me to work with this provider.  I kept asking him for and itemized estimate and it turns out that most of the costs had to do with moving furniture around my house. What he did was after he estimated the whole job he took off the $279. The workman itself was wonderful. They were fast, very patient, and put things back where I wanted them. The estimate itself was questionable.

Extremely well. Work was done while we were out of town. Workers let themselves in with a lockbox/key and did the work. When we returned to the home and inspected the work, there was a very minor problem - carpet had been installed over an outlet. We called Aladdin and within an hour, a technician arrived and fixed it. Hugely impressed with the company's responsiveness.
