Description of Work: ACM came out and did an estimate for the removal of asbestos from a 1930's house; Asbestos was wrapped around the pipes and in the floor tiles-- loose particles of asbestos from previous "cleanings" were also visible. They performed the work for the seller of the house, and arrived on time, did a thorough and excellent job. I highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreServiceman came out the morning after I called, and they faxed an estimate/ contract. I decided to go with them after realizing they had bid without knowing if I had other bids. They arrived early in the morning, and 5 1/2 hrs later, they knocked on the door and were finished. They were very prompt, polite, professional, and the area was very clean when they were finished. The price was in the ballpark I expected. They have a separate inspector who comes at the end of the job and then they mail certification later. They make clear that you are free to hire an outside inspector and they will deduct the cost ($300) from their contract. I was very pleased.
Description of Work: Removed asbestos insulation from heating pipes that run through my garage. The pipes were wrapped in asbestos that was starting to deteriorate. It was a small job, but they had no problem with this.
