+ -1 moreCame the day before. They did come the next day. We signed a contract for $6000 and gave a deposit for $2000 to get the material, trying to contact him but can't be reach, phone is out of service. He run away with the money. Total scam. Don't do business with them.
Description of Work: Need to do the whole parking lot and some patch work.

+ -1 moreWorst experience we have ever had with a contractor! Work was to begin on a Monday. Owner called Sunday night to say he couldn't start until Thursday, because wife had just delivered baby and he wanted to be there to supervise crew. He assured us work would be completed in 3 days. Our understanding when we hired Patrick was that he was to be involved in laying the stone and supervising. Crew showed up at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday (without Patrick) in a rented "Home Depot" truck. Borrowed our wheelbarrow, because they forgot theirs. Began demolition of walkway, took lunch break and left at 3:15 p.m. without a word to us. Left pile of broken up concrete on driveway, and all tools including our wheelbarrow. Did not show up next day or call. Repeated messages to owner's cell phone were unanswered. When we finally got a hold of Patrick Friday evening, he had no real excuse, just "sorry". Assured us crew would be back first thing Saturday morning and get the job finished before Thanksgiving. When nobody showed up by 10 a.m. we attempted to reach Patrick by cell phone. One of his workers answered and said he was on the way to pick up stone. Crew never showed up. Repeated calls to reach Patrick went unanswered. Last contact was with Phil, Saturday afternoon who admitted he lied about going to pick up stone and did not want to work for us, because by then my husband was yelling over the phone. We told him we would leave his tools out for him to pick up and requested that they haul away mess in driveway. They never showed. The only saving grace was they did not ask for deposit up front (which we thought was odd). Just lots of aggravation and a mess left in front yard over Thanksgiving holiday. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR! Patrick is very charming initially, but very unprofessional in his lack of communication with client. We were left to find another company to clean up his mess and complete the job.

Description of Work: They removed the blacktop and installed paving bricks and installed an improved walkway from the driveway to the front door. The main part of the project was done well and on-time, but the follow-up for the silicone-sand between the bricks took several weeks of calling to get done. Even when they finished the project it wasn't completely done, but we were tired of having to call them and so we did it our selves. The price was about $3500 less than other contractors.
