"They are not professionals the day they were to come out they said they would be here between 11 am and 1 pm 1:15 comes around, and they call saying they cannot make it. Then they say they can be out at 8 am the next day OK when he gets here at 8:30 am and stays 15 mins to put in a switch, then say all I owe is 50 dollars and says they will send a bill OK when I got the bill for 95 dollars you can say I was not happy when they called me back to talk about the bill the guy tells me his brother has gone back on customers places to rip out their service they did if they did not pay well if you ask me that not good business I would not recommend this company to anyone."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would, I was googling products to unclog my kitchen sink when I saw an ad for $49 to unclog drain in Eldersburg, I was in Eldersburg at the time. I called to make an appointment, when I gave the young lady my address, she said I don’t see the special in your area, but I’ll honor the coupon. I asked if there were any hidden fees? she said NO, I said unclog for $49 that’s great! She nor the ad indicated the $49 was just a diagnostic fee. The plumber came out and says that’ll be $412. My kitchen is being renovated so there is no sink, just the pipe for the snake. I called Tristate and spoke to Diane who listened to my rant and was very apologetic. Extremely over priced!!"
