Very well. The technician was competent, timely and efficient. Just a bit of confusion as to what time he was going to arrive.

Andy called when he was 30 minutes away and showed up right when he said he would. Was very friendly and professional while asking what he could help with. Did the work well and in a timely manner. Talked to us about the neighborhood while he worked. Will absolutely use Ernie's again.

Ernie's Locks provided excellent customer service. They provided me with the right size lock, which I could not find elsewhere, and took the time to show me how to assemble and disassemble it.

My interaction with them was very good. They were recommended to me by another locksmith who does industrial locks. I explained to him what I wanted and he showed me the locks and I ordered and picked it up. I had somebody to install the locks for me and then I had a trouble with one of the door lock. I called Ernie's Locks Company and when he came to fix it, he installed two more locks for me. He was very knowledgeable about locks. He is pretty upfront and I liked him. I would use their service in the future too.

They were prompt, professional and they had good experience. They gave me options and their pricing was reasonable as well. I had a pretty good experience with them.

We were very unhappy with the service we got from Ernie's. The first time we called them, they sent a technician who arrived late, spent a long time working on our front door, and then left us with a broken lock when 5 PM rolled around and he said it was quitting time and had to leave. He showed up the next day and was unable to fix the front lock, though he charged us for the time. The back lock that he did "fix" was still malfunctioning. So, we called them again - the second time we had Ernie's Locks come, we told the owner that we did not want the first locksmith again. This time, the co-owner himself came, and was unable to fix the front lock. He spent time fixing the back lock that we paid them to fix a few months before, and then charged us $90 for fixing a problem we had already paid them to solve, and for doing nothing with the front door! It was a big problem - I'd recommend going with a more professional place.
