Better than I could have expected.

Excellent communication and customer service. You just don't find that very often. I called over the weekend and Doug returned my call first thing Monday. We came out that day and looked at the roof. Due to the snow he asked me to call him back when it was gone. It wasn't totally gone until the next weekend so I called and left Doug a message. He promptly returned my call Monday and was out immediately to fix the issues. We had a snow storm on it's way the next two days. I'm very grateful for his excellent work and fair pricing.

I am very pleased. The owner came over and made his estimate at the appointed time, explaining what my options were and what would be done. The work was scheduled and completed the following week. The job took most of a day for three people. The result looks good; cleanup was complete. I was told at the outset that it was possible some planks would be shown to be rotten when the old roof was taken off, and that if so there might be another $50-$100 additional charge to replace them. Apparently there were a couple of such planks, but because they had suitable replacements on hand, there was no additional charge. I did not get other bids, so I cannot be sure, but based on past experience with roofing jobs, I believe that the price for the job was very fair. In sum, I could not be happier.

I liked that the operator of the business comes out to do the work, he's not just a supervisor or salesman. I'm glad he has direct contact with the customers and with his team. He did the work himself at our house, but I've seen him use crews at our neighbors houses. He seems professional to me.

He was very careful and was very reasonable for what he did. He had given me an estimate on roof replacement which was a very good price too. My interaction with the company went fine. He seemed to be very efficient. He followed through when he said he was going to. There was a delay due to the weather which was understandable. He was not a pressure salesman and was a down to earth person.
