+ -1 moreEvery time he comes, he does a wonderful job, He protects the wood furniture by placing foam cube under all the legs where needed, I've enjoyed having Jet Steam come out, because they know what needs to be done and just get to work. In a couple weeks I'll have him come back to do the upstairs. Mr. Naylor works hard and is incredibly pleasant to deal with. Some of my neighbors have started using him and they seem to be happy. If they were not happy, my phone line would light up. I find this company will go the extra mile to help customers. I hope none of you ever have to hire for my original problem, but if you do, you can trust John to take care of it. You'll be on good hands. I would be happy to provide additional details if potential questions need an answer. I've been very pleased, and so is my husband, and he thinks he's picker than I am.
Description of Work: I'm redecorating so I needed the carpets to be pristine before the new furniture could be delivered. Called Jet Steam for the cleaning,because they have been my go to guys for 9 years now. Cleaning the downstairs was done with great care. But I know that's what I can expect. I called Jet Steam the first time when my old, blind springer spaniel must have had a panic attack, and the good news is she dropped waste in the foyer, it's ceramic. But she also continued her sentry duty and would trot thru the toxic pile leaving puddles of waste in the dining room, living room, and family room. I had to bathe the dog, before all the dog waste piles and then all the marks, I made inroads carpet was improved, but I needed a professional. Mr. Naylor, Jet Steam was the only company that would agree to come out on a Sunday. I was so grateful, I was an unknown customer and really appreciated the fact he took a chance on me.
