Great experience with Custom Works Inc.! We hired them to extend and cover an existing deck, which other contractors we spoke with prior were hesitant to do. They offered great ideas for our project and gave us a fair price. Communication was great throughout the process. The project manager, Dave, was amazing. An all-around great experience. We will hire them again in the future as we expand.

This is the second time we have worked with Custom Works, INC, and we have been delighted both times. This time, they refurbished our deck and installed a new patio with a seating wall. We live in a 55+ community, and both projects were small. It was a pleasure talking through the design with Glen. Nick helped us time and again to fill out the forms for our Homeowners Association. Two different crews did the work. The decking crew worked quickly, but had delays when materials were late. (Thatâ s a common story in 2022.) The finished deck is lovely, and the rain escape system is working beautifully. The patio crew worked faster than we ever thought they would. The patio was dug out, crushed stone installed and tamped, pavers laid, and most of the sand installed in one day. The second day only lasted a few hours as the rest of the sand went in, the wall was completed, and the surrounding area was re-seeded. We love the new patio, and so do our neighbors.

We got the recommendation for Custom Works Inc. from a friend that had a deck built. It was a great experience from start to finish and we are really happy with our new deck. They were quick to answer any questions and worked fast with installation. We would definitely recommend them for any deck work.

After reviewing several different companies, I chose Custom Works...and had the best experience with my deck project! Glen, Nich and Crew were utmost professionals in every regard. From planning, to obtaining permits and HOA approval, to delivery of materials, to the actual build and final inspection...everything was perfection! My completed deck has exceeded my expectations! Glen and Nich were great to work with. Had a small deck with stairs built on a 2nd level of townhome. Looks great, appears very sturdy. Some delays due to covid but once the actual process began, took only 2-3 days. Quick with communication and answering any questions I had. Of the decking teams I got quotes from, theirs was the most reasonable and no extra fluff/nonsense. Glad we chose to work with them!

Glen and crew built us a fantastic deck and patio. Some of the issues that popped up were beyond Custom Worksâ control (e.g., wood and paver shortages) which pushed our time back from August to September (2021). Glen came with great suggestions and we used some of them and are very happy with the finished product. Glen also doesnâ t try to up-sale customers which you can find with other companies. For example, I inquired about Custom Works building a storage unit for the deck and he said he could but it would be less expensive just to order it from Amazon. Glenâ s son, Nich was great as well, he filled out the HOA paperwork that we had to submit to our approval committee. Thanks Glen and Custom Works, we are very happy with the overall job.

Glen and his entire team of professionals were amazing. They were professional, efficient and cleaned up everything as well. They worked hard and fast to remove an old deck, put up an new deck and install beautiful pavers. We have recommended him to several people.

Requested quote for the removal and replacement of our deck, installation of a patio, and the replacement of the walkway leading to our front of our house. Our experience with Glen and his deck and patio supervisors was outstanding. When requesting inputs during the build process they provided great ideas that were incorporated into the project. Glen was easy to work with and his crews were fully engaged in the project which exhibited excellent workmanship and being completed in a timely manner. Their work on the deck, patios and walkways was amazing and we would highly recommend them to friends and family.

You can't go wrong using Custom Works, Glen is very prompt in communicating and the crew does excellent work. We navigated through the pandemic with supply chains shut down but got the job done in as timely a fashion as possible. I was impressed with their dedication to getting it right. I would highly recommend using them.

Glen Wilson is the consummate professional. He arrived on time, is knowledgeable in his field, and is easy to work with. During the process, Glenn met or exceeded all benchmarks and did a fantastic job in the process. The construction crew that completed the project worked extremely well as a team, took great care in their work, and did not leave a mess behind. I am enthusiastic about the job Custom Works did and have no problem giving them a first-rate review. They earned it!

Because of the work they done, I've had several people ask me to use them for their projects as well!
