I thought they did a good job. I'd call them again; I have their card. It was a good price. I would tell others that they are very responsive. They came right out, checked everything for me and gave me a price on the stuff that I needed done. They are very professional and very efficient. I think they are a small company; I don't think they are very big.

It went very well. Responded to my call right away. Installed when he said he would and the cost was what he said it would be. When I thought it wasn't working correctly, he called back from the beach to tell me what to do.

I came home to find my upstairs had no power. I went to the basement and checked the mains panel and found four of the breakers popped and could not be reset. I grabbed a flashlight and upon closer inspection found that there was water between the breakers and leaking out of the front of them. I immediately started calling for an electrician. Triumph Electric picked up after only a couple rings and was curteous and professional. I talked them through the problem and they said it would be no problem to come out to the house within 20 minutes even though it was almost 8PM. After roughly 15 minutes the electrician arrived. It was raining out and he was kind enough to wipe his boots each time he came through the front door. We went to the basement where he assessed the issue and had no problem troubleshooting it with me standing there and explaining his reasoning and steps as he went. Safety was his primary concern and he had the parts on hand to replace the circuit breakers that were destroyed by water. He removed the water from inside the panel and from each of the breakers before reinstalling them. After a thorough inspection inside and outside my home, he was able to determine the location where water was getting in and the best way to stop the water. Before leaving, he made a recommendation that the all breakers should be replaced due to visible corrosion on the breakers and various wires within the panel and offered to provide a quote and date/time to make the appropriate repairs. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism, quality of work, quick action, and attention to detail. I plan to have him do the full repairs to the panel.
