My poor old heat pump gave way. They responded to my email immediately and--to my surprise--scheduled a quick fix for the following morning, and then a complete replacement for the next day. It was all done in no time flat and their consultant presented many alternatives and worked with me to find the best for my condo. I spent a single night without A/C and they had the entire unit running temporarily the next morning and a completely new unit the following day. And an inspector finished up by checking that everything was working well. Fantastic customer service from this company.

R Brooks was very professional from the beginning with the sales guy to the installers and the follow up call as well. We had our entire HVAC system replaced after speaking with them. After evaluating several companies from Harford County and surroundings areas we decided on Trane products. Its been about a year since the installation and our energy bills have decreased by at least 25% since the original system that was built w/ the house in 1998. So far no problems with the system installed.

They are very professional, however the price was a little more than the norm.

I got several quotes and our salesman from R Brooks was by far the most knowledable. He made several sugestions that non of the other salespeople talked about. We went with one of his sugestions and saved a bunch of money over the other quotes. The team did a great job during the install. They were very polite and worked hard. They took the time to clean up real well before they left. We did have an issue with the thermostat and they came out and replaced it right away. System works great and is saving us a lot of money over the old system we had. I would use them again in the future if the need arised.

we were looking for a new company when I saw Brooks has good reviews and a coworker said he knew someone worked in the other part of their business,, I called set up the appointment, staff was nice and set up the date and time, I was not there but someone was and the Tech I talked to on the phone and gave the go ahead to perform the Repairs.I believe he did very well and was very professional. when I returned there was no paperwork, I also checked the heater to see if indeed the sensor was replaced which it was but noticed the filter had not been changed out and it was dirty, I thought it should per our new service contract so I called and the lady said they could send one out, I told that would be fine or when the tech is in the area to drop it off, paper work I did received it's vague not really a contract of sorts or knowing what's included. i did not call back and went out and bought a filter myself. The reason I am leaving a C is because of the Filter that should have been included in the price of the new service contract.

Gentleman showed up on time, very respectful, kind, and well informed. He had a little issue getting the a/c unit blower working because of the cold outside but, he stayed until it clicked over- explained every thing in detail of what he was trying to accomplish. Told me about other helpful programs with options. I would definitely recommend!

They were excellent. We had priced different people, Brook seemed to be the one that came out, they were courteous, polite, they seemed knowledgeable, weren't rushed, they answered any questions we had. They tried to assist like i said with finding somebody for the electrical, we had to have some wiring done in order to handle the unit coming in and we were in a kind of a time schedule and i jumped and got another electrician. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to other folks as well.

R. Brooks Mechanical does a great job. They are punctual and all of the technicians that have been out to the house have been very professional and courteous. Their price may be on the high side compared to their competitors but they have always given us excellent work.

Kirk was kind, prompt, knew his stuff, helped educate me on comparing units and companies, patient, and in the end made the sale. Our original hole in the ceiling was too small. Kurt advised me on a solution before the install. A friend helped me cut a new hole. The installers were real pros. Cleaned up after themselves. Did everything on the list. Even provided small touches like connecting a string to the attic light and making it easy to find in the dark. Changing filters is easy in this unit. Overall I was pleased, even though it was a very expensive home maintenance item. I just signed up for the one-year maintenance plan two times a year for two units at $400 for the year. Well worth the investment.

The experience went very well. I am recently divorced and was not familiar with our heater. I must say I feel more confidant now.
