decks, handyman service
+ 0 moreUnmitigated disaster. They used old deck boards for rafters and flimsy half inch styrofoam for insulation. Refused to sign a contract but happy to take my money. Some roof boards don't even meet rafters and much framing completely not plumb. Avoid at all costs. Oh, and they installed footers without any concrete or cement support. The list goes on and on
Description of Work: Build out addition on back of house performed by son Josh using fathers license. Absolute disaster. Roof failing. Old decking boards used for rafters. Shocked it passed inspection. Beware of these people. Very irresponsible and unprofessional. I have detailed photo evidence
