The prep work which is the most important part of the job was as good we have ever seen.. The back of the house was mostly covered with shingles which had to be scraped by hand. Their were 12 windows whose frames badly needed work. Wood that was rotted was repaired or replaced with treated wood. Almost all the work was from ladders of up to 40 height. After scraping and repairing the wood and brick were covered with a high quality primer by brush, The final oat was water based and applied by brush. The gaps between the back door frame and the brick were found and filled with high quality caulk, reducing the heat loss around frm the back of the house. Their workmanship was outstanding. The cold weather in March and April which included snow and rain caused delays but their productivity when they were their was outstanding. These were the finest painters we have known. They are easy to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I felt they did an excellent job and they were very diligent. They had crafts worth craftsmanship. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t provide me an estimate. It was an older house and they weren’t sure what was under the paint. They scraped it all down and painted it which I appreciated but it ended up being expensive. The price was high. In terms of the value the price was good.

Pavel responded immediately to my phone call, showed up exactly when he said he would and gave us information about the price of his services. He worked on the project for the better part of a month, and was late only one morning, on which day he called to let me know that he was stuck in traffic. Everything he did is absolutely top notch, and working with him was a delightful experience. He's considerate in every way and is a thorough going professional. He works with one other man (also a Pavel) who is equally professional and skilled. Their speciality is restoration. I'm convinced that they can do anything at all in that realm. They charge $35 per hour, present all bills meticulously itemized, provide copies of receipts. In short, they have earned the highest recommendation I can give. They are expensive, but given the quality of their work, not a bit overpriced. If you want top quality work or if your job is challenging in any way, Pavel is your guy. I don't think I could now be satisfied with the work of anyone else.
