Terrible, glad I found the company I have now, if you want more pictures, I have them, do you see all that dirt, that is after Chuck cleaned this unit personally
Description of Work: We had a water heater installed last year, the first guys, turned it on before it was filled with water, burnt out the new unit, second guys did not know how to weld, the owner, Richard, refunded the entire amount, we felt obligated to keep him, my wife had used him for ten years, he came and did a half yearly Service on our heater and air conditioning, a few weeks later, when we were having other work done, the contractor called me down stairs to show me the heater was filled with mold. I called Brooks, and had demanded Chuck take a look, Chuck suggested a light, and a change in it's setting, when he told me how much he wanted, I almost passed out, why didn't his worker notify use of the mold weeks earlier, but we negotiated a price that was appropriately 60% of his original price, less then two weeks later the unit broke down, he sent someone he called qualified, out to troubleshoot, he said it was the blower motor, but could get it working, for the night and return in a day or two with the part, he was in my driveway for over an hour and a half with a hammer trying to get the motor out of it's housing, I told him to leave and never return. The next day, I hired a new company, in less then 2 minutes he had the part separated, he had a tool that did it, he pointed out all the dirt in the unit, I took pictures of it, and he asked if the unit was hot with a hammer , it was bent from being hit, this had to spin and be balanced, I'm lucky I didn't have to buy a complete new unit. There price was much less, looked great when they showed up, 101% knowledgeable. Day and night, what a difference.
