We were ready to have our bathroom remodeled, and Daryl was able to fit us into his schedule. He and his crew did an amazing job making sure everything was done right, from the rough work to the finishing touches.

Daryl did a great job with our addition. The cost was better than our other quote and work quality is 1st rate. He turned our 2 car garage into 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, dinning area, and laundry room. So we also had him install cabinets and tile our backsplash. I would highly recommend Daryl for any contractor work you need.

I've used Brackettry Custom Homes more than once for large home projects. Daryl is very professional and reasonable with his prices. He constantly communicates with you and keeps you updated on the progress of the project. He offers excellent suggestions on home improvement details and uses his vast experience to make sure the end results are great. Daryl is very selective about the people he uses and is very respectful of your home while working in it. I felt super comfortable with allowing his team to be in my home unsupervised. In the end, he removed carpeting, installed over 2 tons of bamboo hardwood flooring, stained and painted new stairs and railings, and painted large 2 story family room. Top notch work!

I bought a townhome that was previously owned by smokers and needed a lot of work done. After ServePro did their thing, Daryl and his team came in and sealed every surface with a primer to lock away any residual odor and repainted. They also worked within my limited budget and were able to redo the kitchen and master bath and made everything look very nice. His team was also very professional. Now the place looks and smells great and it feels like home.

Daryl and his crew were very respectful and always let us know when they would be coming to our home to work. The estimate and contract we signed was right in line with what we expected the project to cost. During the demolition phase, we decided that we wanted to replace the subfloor after the old wood floor was pulled up, and Daryl and his crew performed the arduous process without an issue. After the demolition phase, the plumbing and electrical work was roughed in quickly to allow the Sheetrock work on the ceiling and walls to move ahead on time. The wood floor and custom cabinets were set ahead of schedule, including all of the cabinet crown molding and custom islands. The granite countertops were set a week after they were measured and the backsplash was tiled soon after that, with care being taken to lay out the unique accent tiles above the range to look better than we expected. Time was taken at the end of the day to make sure we had a safe place for our animals and kids to come home to even though the first floor was a construction zone. For the entire project, Daryl used the best quality materials and building techniques to ensure that we would end up with the best finished product.

Daryl built our first new construction home in 2020. He made the process very simple. He already had the designs and started building the house before we purchased it. Even though he started the build, he worked with us on changes we wanted. All our requests were done at a reasonable price. Daryl used state of the art materials and practices building our home. The finished product is beautiful and more energy-efficient than I would have ever imagined. The quality of our home is unmatched by any other home we saw. Even after completion of our home Daryl has kept in touch to answer any questions we have had. Daryl stands bay and backs the quality work he does. He has exceeded all of our expectations, and hopefully, we will be using him to finish our basement in the near future.

I have known Darrell for some time now and I was talking to him about my garage that I wanted to have wired. Him and his crew came out that same week gave me a fair price quote and said they can come out in a few days and complete the project. They arrived on time, were very nice, and I am happy with the installation.

The exterior door to our basement needed to be replaced due to water damage. Daryl was able to get us on the schedule within a week of me reaching out (which happened to be the week of Christmas). His guys were on time, friendly, and professional and showed a great attention to detail. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old door for me. I thought Daryl s pricing was fair and competitive, and there were no cost surprises at the end of the project. I can also not stress enough how nice it is to communicate and coordinate with the owner of the company versus a customer service representative in another state. Will definitely use again.
