horrible.....worst service I have ever recieved!! would not recommend them to anyone...from other review many customers agree.
Description of Work: new cable ran...however it took 11 months to figure it out. techs are poorly trained, the customer service is horrible they say they will call you back and don't. For 11 months of not getting quality phone, cable and internet service they have decided that 92.00 is a good credit price when they recieved 130.00 a month. Couldn't even give one full month credit at best.

The tech was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained and demonstrated the upgrades to our home TV and internet systems. We had used Armstrong in the past for our TV service but switched to one of the satellite service providers for a better price. That turned out to be a mistake as we had no or poor TV signal in bad weather. We also had two of the boxes or receivers for the satellite systems fail. We had to ship the defective box back and wait for a replacement. The last time this happened we were told it would take two weeks to get a replacement shipped to us and they didn't have techs that made service calls. That was the last straw. When you call Armstrong you talk to someone that cares and you get a tech dispatched to your home in a timely manner. If you have a problem with your internet service you call and talk to someone that speaks English, answers the phone quickly, and has the knowledge and tools to fix your problem easily. No one does service better then Armstrong!
Description of Work: Added upgraded HDTV service and zoom express internet service. Also added a better ground system for all services which fixed the slow internet response when it was raining or wet outside.
