Len responded quickly to my call. He did the job effectively and quickly. He made sure I knew what type of heater I could use now and what would be required if I wanted to upgrade in the future. I really appreciated his advice.

Len responded to my query immediately. We spoke on the phone and arranged for a time within a week for him to come and evaluate my projects. He was able to immediately handle some of them and provided an estimate and time frame for completion of the rest. I look forward to his return to complete my projects.

Mr.Len called me back on Sunday and wanted to know if I needed service that day, i told him that monday would be fine. He gave me an estimate of what the charge would be. He was very friendly and professional. He advised my husband of certain thinks he should be aware of regarding electrical problems. I would recommend him very highly and if we have any other problems he will be the first one i call.

Not only did Mr. Len come on a Sunday afternoon, he was courteous, neat, and got to the heart of the problem quickly. He is a true gentleman every step of the way, and even tries to impart a little knowledge to his customers. Not only would I recommend him to anyone, I will use him in the future.

Len was friendly and professional. The job ended up being much more complex than either of us really thought. He completed the rewriting of switches and numerous ceiling fans, in a timely fashion. He was very affordable and given my experiences with contractors being well over budget and taking too long to get the job done, I will always make Len my electrician.

It took a very long time for two ceiling fans and had to come back because he didn't have the right ladder.
