+ -1 moreJob went just fine. He is a busy man, and uses verbal quotes for small jobs like this. And, if he is really busy, don't expect him to pursue your small job! He fit our job in, when he had an opening, within 1 week of our request. He did exactly what he said he would do. His crew was polite and friendly. The work was tidy, and no debris was left behind. He also properly recycled the asphalt debris. I'd recommend them. For larger jobs, of course, a contract is always essential.
Description of Work: Demolition of a lean-to shed, including taking up the asphalt underneath. And, removal of a putting green in my backyard, left by previous owner. After removal, the area was filled with topsoil and smoothly leveled.
