DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! In December 19th, the technicians showed up 6 hours late for the appointment-- at 9 pm stating they were just there to give an estimate. Not what I had requested. I was angry that I had taken time off work for this, so I asked them to clean the ducts. After the cleaning, they tried to sell me sanitizing (if it was clean it would not need to be sanitized I learned from a quick look on-line). The next day I noticed that they had not worked on 2 vents because they were not accessible. After I called, they came back and did them. This Feb. after having continued problems with allergies when the heat comes since the ducts were cleaned, I had an HVAC company look at the system. They took pictures of the inside of the ducts which were only partially cleaned. (Be sure to ask the duct cleaning company to do this before they leave--not done routinely.) On 3/12/20, I sent the pictures to True Ducts and asked to have the ducts cleaned properly. They replied that it was past their 30-day warranty. Great customer service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Greg and Denny were courteous and professional. I appreciated their explanation of additional services (along with pricing) without any pressure, and they left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I would definitely recommend TrueDucts.

Cummins Appliance came out to see why my new dryer was running hot and said it was probably the dryer vent. I contacted Home Advisor and checked the comparable prices for this job. When Brad from True Ducts called, I liked what he had to say. He explained that they clean he ducts from the inside out and the outside in to make sure the duct was totally clean. Phil and Greg, the techs, were professional. They knew what they were doing. When they were finished, they showed me what came out of my dryer vent. WOW. Who knew! I would definitely use them again and would request that Phil and Greg come back.

Same day service. Called early to mid afternoon and they were here in 25 minutes. Phil and his co-worker were great.

Chris and Danny were polite and friendly. They explained everything they were going to do to my wife and me. they started working and got the job done. They cleaned up as they went along which was good.

Excellent communications regarding what was found and what is being done to correct problem areas. Greg and Phil were courteous and competent technicians. I would hire them in the future and recommend them to others.

Brad responded promptly to our request and scheduled work for the following day. But, the technicians showed up 3 hours late, after dark, to do work that needed to be done outside. The "fix" for one problem - to screen the outside vent for the range hood fan to keep birds out - was a metal plate with drill holes. It can only be removed with difficulty from a ladder when it needs to be cleaned. They also cleaned out the dryer vent, but replaced the bird screen for that on the wrong vent.

The workers sent were conscientious and thorough. They put on shoe covers, and were respectful of each room they worked in. They explained how they were going to do the cleaning, and when they discovered black mold in the furnace, they alerted me to the problem and I was more than willing to pay extra for its removal. However, they did not explain completely that there would be a strong residual smell from the biochemical spray used to treat the mold. They should have explained that it would probably be best, if I have any breathing concerns, that I should stay out of the house for at least 12 hours. Fortunately, I do not have pets right now because I think they would have been affected by the smell, too. By the next morning, I was dealing with a sore throat, itchy eyes and a stuffy nose. I took care of the smell myself by turning off the furnace, opening windows and putting on a couple of fans to circulate the smell from the house. even though it was 45 degrees outside. It took about 3 hour to clear the air in the house. When I put the furnace back on, it brought the house back up to 70 degrees in a about an hour or two. The next day my sore throat, itchy eyes and stuffy nose were gone. But, I sure wish I had been advised about this smell and its possible effects right from the start. I would have made arrangements to be out of the house, or had them come on another day when I could plan to be away for the smell to dissipate. .

The men from TrueDucts, Philip and Greg were exemplary workers with attention to detail and to cleaning up after themselves. They arrived on time and spent the whole afternoon cleaning my dryer vent and all the AC ducts. They were personable and polite, and wonderful representatives of their company.

We have terrible allergies and a child with respiratory issues in our household. We have been at our current address for little over a year and decided that it was time to get the air ducts cleaned. Our main fear was that we had MOLD. It turns out that we did have mold (luckily a small amount). True Ducts sent a two man team. They were very professional and explained what they found during their inspection. Phil and Greg were very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything in advance as to what services they recommended and their prices. They did their work quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend True Ducts to take care of your air ducts.

Firm did an excellent job, great attention to detail that I don't think another firm would have provided. We have a large home and they cleaned every vent and scrubbed the ducts as well. For that reason alone they have great value. Air Quality in the home was immediately noticeably better.
