Henry and Phil were very professional. They made sure I understood what was going on, the process and the expectations. They welcomed questions from me unlike some companies who seem irritated when the customer has questions. I m so happy that I got this done, I now have cleaner and fresher air. If you are looking for a good team, I recommend them. I will be a returning customer once it s time for a cleaning again. Ps. They wore their protective mask, shoe covers for their safety and the customer s and left no sign of a mess.

Amazing job!!! They explained what the issue was and answered any questions I had. They were very detailed. I highly suggest them!!!

When I called they gave me a quote of425 and once they arrived quickly told me it would be almost 1000.00. Was not expecting that. Feel they should have been honest from the beginning. They also messed up my ceiling which I must pat to have repaired.

Brad was easy to work with on the sales side and very attentive. Philip and Greg were the technicians onsite and they did an excellent job. They found mold in 2 vents and they cleaned and sanitized to remove. We had no idea we were breathing mold. They also took precautions of wearing masks and foot coverings in the house. We will be calling them again the next time we need the ducts cleaned and sanitized.

They were on time did a great job and has the best price to go along with great customer service. I would recommend to anyone with mold, dirty ducts and or furnace these are the guys you want.

I called to have my central system service. Two service techs came out and did a great job with the deep cleaning of my system. They also serviced my dryer. Their knowledge of their job was respected and grateful. They made sure that I understood what they were doing and the process. They wanted to make sure so any questions that I may have had they answered. When it is time to service my system again I will be calling True Duct. Thank you guys for your service.

Good experience working with True Ducts. Duct cleaning isn't cheap, but it felt very worth it when I saw what they sucked out of my new house's ducts (new to me but built in 1958) ! I'll be breathing easier (pun intended) knowing that my furnace and ductwork is now dust and mold free.

A+ For True Ducts Glenn and Danny serviced my property 3/13/2020. The guys did great job, they arrived within the time slot, explained everything they were going to do and started working. I have never seen a company be so thorough and clean with their process. The cleaned up very well and I can tell how different the air quality is now. It wasn't cheap but worth every dollar.
