Front office/customer service: responsive, accommodating, excellent Management/owners: thoughtful, responsive, supportive, absolutely willing to go the extra mile Onsite crew: good work, communication needs improvement, the only blemish on an otherwise excellent service experience.

I will use them again.

Henry and Danny did a great job. Did exactly what we were quoted for and even showed before and after pictures. Very impressed with how this company handled themselves.

As to value for money. Could be cheaper and this would apply to all these kinds of businesses and more so, since most others are more expensive.

Arrived on time and did a Excellent job cleaning my vents. The technicians were very knowledgeable and took time to explain the things that I didnâ t understand about the process.

True Ducts did a very good job. They arrived early, were courteous, friendly, and cleaned up very well in each area. They even gave a suggestion about using floor vent covers that could help keep dust down until we clean the vents again. We got the deep clean and plan to use them in the future for upkeep. They were the most reasonably priced. I highly recommend them, and you won’t be disappointed.

True Ducts came out and did a great job with my vents a ducts. The technicians went over everything with me prior to service and there were no hidden fees. We opted for a more deeper cleaning package which Brad explained over the phone and we are so glad we did. It already feels better in the home. Also they wore masks, gloves, and shoe covers while always trying to social distance as much as possible which we really appreciated. We recommend this company to anyone that wants a true duct cleaning.

Greg and Dan are pleasant to talk with especially showing you want they have found, they were on time, efficient in setting up their equipment and paying attention to detail especially around the furniture. I have just moved into my condo and wanted to freshen the air inside not realizing it was not just previous smokers, but mold had been growing in the furnace and collecting in my vents and covers.
