The tech was friendly, quick, and did a complete job. While pricey can't really complain since it was done efficiently and completely. Would definitely recommend.

True Ducts was wonderful to work with. After showing interest in air duct cleaning, I was called promptly and had an appointment for an estimate within minutes. They came out to my house and were very professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend True Ducts to anyone else interested in getting their air ducts cleaned.

They did not replace all of the vents they took off. One vent now does not work. After they got here the price doubled since the quote was for a minimal cleaning, no brush just a vacuum by the vent. We had a coupon, but had to haggle to get it approved. It was like buying a used car.

We needed to have the ducts cleaned at a rental house that we own. We are trying to sell it and have several showings this weekend. There was an unpleasant order we tried unsuccessfully to get rid of. We called one day and they scheduled us the very next day. They were friendly and professional, covered their shoes when entering the house.The house smells great now!!!

Easy to work with and to schedule. Spoke with owner on Wed July 3 and a technician was able to come out on Friday July 5th. Technician was professional and did good work.

Brad and his team did a great job cleaning out the vents and keeping us in the loop when he was delayed. Fortunately, we work from home so this was not an issue. They were more expensive than some others, but they scheduled us in 2 days instead of 2 weeks.

Philip and his tech did a wonderful job of cleaning our dryer duct/vent system. They knew what they were doing, took an extra step that I asked of them, and were both personable and professional. I won't hesitate to have them come again.

I've been meaning to have the ducts cleaned for years but a while back I looked into it and it sounded like a rather dubious business. I really didn't want to get someone in my house who quoted one price over the phone and then changed the deal or didn't include things when they arrived. I called and spoke to Greg and he seemed straight forward and he explained the price was based on the number of vents. He came in, explained what he'd be doing, moving furniture, how the vacuum worked etc. We just left him to it. You can see the stuff coming out of the ducts, but in our case it wasn't too bad - even though we hadn't had them cleaned in the 17 years we've lived here! Apparently it has to do with what type of vents you have, some hold more dust than others. I appreciated that he didn't try to over hype it and I was glad we'd gone ahead and had them cleaned anyway. He was a straightforward, honest guy, he came on-time, it cost what he quoted and he did a good job putting everything back etc. - I'd recommend them.

Did very good service. Had a sound knowledge of what they were doing. Had great equipment and the men doing the job were very courteous.
