Brad and Justin were great to work with and did an excellent job at my moms!

This was my first air duct cleaning sine we purchased this home and the tech did a great job. He was running late and called me three times, explaining why he was running late and how far out he was and when he was close to the house; i appreciated this. He was very respectful of my home and family and exhibited great customer service.

True Ducts did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. Also helped me fix a tear in the flexible duct in the back of the dryer. I will recommend them to anyone.

The price was very competitive and they did a good job cleaning the ducts. Unfortunately they left debris in almost every room on the floor from cleaning the ducts. Spending 15 minute vacuuming the floor would have changed my score to a 4.5.
