The technicians who arrived were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They made sound and honest recommendations and let me feeling like I made a good choice to hire them for my duct cleaning service. I suspected mold was in the HVAC system some how which they proved unfortunately was true. They offered a way to remediate and quickly did so. While I feel the price was a little high I did feel good value and I would pay again for the peace of mind. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

Workers were able to share photos of before and after of ducts they cleaned in my house. It was definitely an eye opener! I can even smell the difference after they sanitized the ducts. Very Happy!

Did a very good job of cleaning our air ducts -- the ducts had not been cleaned before! However, when mold was found in the air handler unit, I was shocked by the cost to sanitize and then treat for mold. It took a $199.00 initial charge and almost tripled it $574.00!! I find this difficult to understand since there was no need for an additional trip and the system was already being worked on; so there was minimal additional labor! It took an excellent experience and made it disappointing. I will recommend True Ducts, but I would also caution others to get COMPLETE estimates from several vendors before choosing a company.

The techs, Phillip and Greg were great, knowledgeable, prompt, polite and very through. They both cared about my home, careful not to damage anything, advised cleaning my dryer vent which was very needed, unknown to me. Would have them come back anytime.
