They were great. My heater had mold in it, which I didn t know. They cleaned it all out, cleaned all of my ductwork, installed a UV light to prevent more mold, and then cleaned up afterward. It didn t take long. Phil and Greg were awesome!

They did lousy work, ripped up the vents, 4 vents that were damaged. I can't find them anywhere to contact and have not been able to get back in touch with them.

My dryer was not heating clothes, when looking behind the dryer there was so much lint and hair. True Ducts came out and explained the whole process, even fixed a rip I had in the flexible duct. A+ service

1-2-20 since the technician came out to fix the dryer vent that was cut by the technicians during the cleaning, we've had more issues with the dryer. Bottom line, I had to have another company come out to look at it. They found the problem, the hose was torn off and completely disconnected inside the dryer. Every time we used the dryer it got very hot to touch. So yes air was going out of the vent, but not because it was being directed through the hose. I am very frustrated, I'm out another $200 to fix something that never shouldâ ve been broken in the first place! I just want a refund for the amount I had to pay to get this fixed properly. Anything Home Advisor can do to assist would be greatly appreciated. __________________________________________________________________ 12-18-19 UPDATE: True Ducts responded to my review and email sent to them very quickly. They sent another tech out to my home to fix the issues described in my review. I believe his name was Jeremy? He was very knowledgeable, knew exactly how to fix the issue, when he ran into a snag, he carefully thought out the best way to make it work, and make it work RIGHT. He replaced the entire dryer hose, and explained everything to me. He also took the extra 60 seconds to put a drywall anchor in the vent that had fallen out of the ceiling to ensure it would not come loose since the bracket was broken. He was apologetic for the issues I had, and expressed his gratitude for allowing him to fix the problems. I am revising my original review due to the following. Services done, dryer vent cleaned, air ducts cleaned HVAC unit cleaned. GOOD: they arrived on time, were careful to cover shoes. BAD: They found mold in the inside HVAC unit, recommended cleaning, we allowed them to clean it, it took about 10 minutes and an extra $200. We were never offered a video of our vents before or after cleaning. The dryer hose was cut, not removed and then poorly patched with massive amounts of tape. We called them back out to fix it, it was not fixed, just MORE tape, and the technician acted very irritated that he had to come out on a weekend to fix it. I have had to fix it again almost every time I use it, as the piece of hose that was cut that remains inside the dryer moves and does no direct the heat into the hose. We now will hire someone else to fix it properly. Since the service 2 vents have literally fallen out of the ceiling randomly. Ià ¢ ve had to use duct tape to hold one in place as the bracket was broken at some point during the cleaning process, and the screw has nothing to attach to. Care was not taken to removing the vents and now painting will need to be done. I will NEVER use this company again and will caution anyone else from using them. I have requested a refund from the company. Anything HomeAdvisor can do to assist would be greatly appreciated.
