Well the way he work is he come out look at the job and then he orders the parts and then he comes back in two days later to fix it, in the past I worked with people who I tell them the model of appliance that I have I tell the issue is, usually they have spare parts in their truck when they come visit, the next day he takes a little longer get to order the parts but he did get the job done but it takes a little longer the thing is it's hard to find independent appliance repair guy anymore usually they are all tired up I like to have the independent guy, he is good you know he does his own way of working and he will get it fixed.

It took 4 times but they got it fixed. They were patient and very knowledgeable. I have had two other companies come out and they charged me and never fixed the problem.

He did a great job. He ordered the part for me. He called when the part came in, we scheduled a time for him to come.

Found this provider on Angies list. They looked promising. I went to their web site and completed their form to have them contact me. a couple days later, i called them and left them a voice mail. 4 days later, still no response.

The washing machine in our rental house was not working. Because we were members of Angie's List, the reviews helped us narrow our selection to Richard's Appliance Repairs. They were running a discounted deal on appliance repairs. I contacted them with the understanding I would call back the next day. Unfortunately, the discounted deal was removed that very day. Happily, they honored the deal and we hired them to do the repair. Richard arrived on the set date at the appointed time. The tenant said he was very professional. After performing a diagnostic on the washer and solving the overfilling problem, he also found the lid switch was not working correctly. He called us with a report and we asked him to order and install the part. He will be returning when the part arrives to complete the job. Dependable repair service providers are difficult to find, especially at a reasonable cost of work. Richard's Appliance Repair is both dependable and reasonable; and we are happy to have found them.

I was very happy that they were able to squeeze an appointment in for me, since my refrigerator and freezer were not cooling. Received a call prior to the technician arriving, and he arrived promptly. He was able to diagnose the problem -- a previous repair that was only partially completed. He had the part, installed it and got the appliance working. Before he left, he tested to ensure that it was cooling, which I appreciated. He also diagnosed another problem with the water dispenser that had previously been unresolved, despite two visits from a different plumber. I appreciated the technician's professionalism and the way he explained the issue and what he was doing to fix it, in each case.

They came out and did the diagnosis of what was wrong and had to order the part. Came back about a week later to install the part. Seems to be working fine.

Richard was awesome! He was very professional, replaced the part in about 30 minutes. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and answered a few questions I had. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to other appliance repair places. He had the necessary parts and equipment with him, so we didn't have to wait for anything to be ordered. We called the night before and they were able to fit us in the very next day. We will definitely call Richard's Appliance Repair in the future should the need arise and we would highly recommend this company. If we knew it would be this easy, we would have called a week ago! He was quick, knowledgeable, professional and the machines have not had a problem since.

They blew it. In the end we had to call Towson Appliance to fix the mess. It was about $700 lost.

An assemble part had to be order and it took a week to come in. The cost of the part with including the service call was 300 and that was with a 25 dollar coupon. I almost didn't get it because i had a part replaced on the same stove a year ago. But I did get forward with the purchase. The first call the tech was late but he did call. The second time with the part delivery I was given a time frame of 2 to 5, with the tech arriving on the back side of 4 c***. He was polite and completed the job and tested the repair before he left.

Not very well. I think it may have went more than the Big Deal price but I forget. They lied to us. They needed a part and Samsung wouldn't sell it to them so they lied to us and told us it wasn't made anymore.

This provider came out and looked at my washing machine. Although I was charged the service fee, he advised me to request a refund on the big deal due to not being able to fix the machine. He was very courteous and very professional. I was very satisfied with the service fee. I think that is important to add as it was very reasonable.

Worked good for a couple months but now, 6 months later stopped working again.

Richard arrived promptly, as promised. He quickly disassembled the washing machine and identified the problem as a worn-out pump with a faulty seal. Since he had no replacement pump in his truck, he immediately procured one at a nearby supplier, returned to my residence, and installed it---all within a short time. The job was completed with a very nice cleanup. A well- done service call all around! I would not hesitate to call Richard if I have another appliance problem.

He quickly identified the problem, corrected it, and gave me some other helpful tips for ensuring that the dishwasher continues to function up to spec.
