Description of Work: Richard's Repair is great! The problem was miscommunication with my landlord. We both bought coupons. Thus, one of the coupons is not needed - i.e., "not in need of service." So this refund does not reflect poorly on Angie's List or on Richard's Repair. Both have been terrific.

Description of Work: Repaired my electric dryer which had suddenly stopped working. Repair went well but had to wait for the replacement part to arrive and for him to return to install. This wasn't too bad as he did put in a temporary fix so that we could use it a little until the new part was installed.

Description of Work: Here's the deal. This group is a young, energetic company that feels they can succeed by doing things the right way. I feel bad it's taken me this long to write them up. The person on the phone was very responsive and polite, and the technician, who I suspect is the co-owner, was well-informed, took the time to inform me, gave me options and get the job done--the dryer is back in action and the family smells a lot better. Big thumbs up Highly Recommend.
