Richard's Appliance Repair

After 20 minu tes He Left to go and get the spare part. He said it would take 5 days before he can come back to repair. All this time we have no dish washer. I do not take this to be good at all. So the job is not done and evaluation can't be done effectively. I have paid half of the cost listed above and am crossing my fingers that this technician comes back and finish this job. Your customer.

He was great. He was awesome. The only thing that was tough was his payment method. It was really difficult. Good appliance repair guy.

They have reasonable cost. I will recommend them for future service. I like the result and they are kind.

He did very well and he was very helpful in telling me what I needed to do in keeping the dryer clean. Very easy to talk to.

Richard's appliance repair was a pleasure to work with. It was easy to make an appointment and when I made it they reminded me that they had an Angie's List deal on at the moment. They showed up within the time window and were quick and efficient.

It went very well. They both were very polite, helpful and neat. Took les then an our and i had a working dryer again.

Wonderful experience! After reading the estimate for repair, I found I could get the part cheaper. I asked if I could purchase it for him to install. Very flexible and willing to let me do that, saving me extra money. Very courteous and professional, I would definitely use this company again.

Service technicians arrived on time and covered their shoes with paper covers to prevent getting dirt in the house. They were friendly and professional. They discovered the problem and said a part had to be ordered and that they would return when the needed part was received. They didn't return for five days, which I thought was a long time to get a part. They new part was installed and the tested the washer to make sure the problem was resolved. I have not had any problem since the repair.

Richard explained the bill to me and deducted the $50 coupon from the total. Everything ran smoothly and both men seemed very professional and mannerly. His apprentice expedited matters by running for parts and helping. He gave me a 90-Day Warranty for Parts and Labor.

Contacted Richards after I found him on Angies List. My dishwasher had stopped working during the middle of a cycle. Richards came out on the date we agreed upon and he was on time. He was very friendly, tackled the job immediately and within half an hour he knew what was wrong and how to fix it. Parts were ordered and they arrived within the timeframe that he had estimated. He came out (again on time) and installed the part and everything is now working perfectly. The price was reasonable and I was pleased with everything. I would definitely use him again if the need arises.

He evaluated the problem and when the parts came in he came back and replaced the non working ones.

Richard's Appliance Repair made a significant extra effort to get my dishwasher fixed before I hosted Thanksgiving dinner for 16 guests. I really appreciate it. Office personnel and repairmen were very polite, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Richard is the owner and the same one who showed up to make the repairs. He was timely, professional, polite and did a fantastic job! I would call him again in a heartbeat! I purchased the $25 for $50 deal through Angie's List so the total cost to me was only $65 and change. Richard was on-site for approximately an hour. i think that's a good deal for repair work.

Repairmen arrived on time and they were very friendly and polite. I referred to the gentlemen as the "God of Dishwashers" since he was only at my home 5 minutes and the dishwasher worked. Seems that a button on the dryer side was pushed in and held too long which then locked all connentions. All it took was to hold the same button in for at least 3 seconds and it unlocked all connections.. I was so happy that I didn't need a new dishwasher. They informed that it was still guaranteed and to call if it should stop working again. Thanks Angie's List for recommending Richard;s. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

Aces all the way...sent email on Sunday regarding no water drain from dishwasher, got call back Monday morning (today), was able to get appt for an hour or so later due to cancellation, was even referred to vendor special ($25 for $50 of service), Richard was called before arriving and was right on time, very cordial & professional, took care of problem, offered advice, very good service, would definately use again if needed

Called on Monday morning and Richard arrived at 1:00 PM on Monday afternoon. Very punctual. Diagnosed the problem, ran out buy a new part and was back in 30 minutes. The repair was completed in less that 2 hours. Great service, nice guy and excellent pricing. Highly recommend. would use again and recommend to anyone who needs an appliance repair.

They were very good. They sent one tech who worked on our dishwasher; he diagnosed an odor repair in about 15-20 minutes. They came out in a timely manner. Because of the cost, we bought a new dishwasher.

Friendly receptionist, scheduled visit for following Monday. Richard came and performed diagnostics showing that the control board was defective. He ordered the part while he was here. Receptionist called when the part arrived, scheduled a return visit a week later. Richard came and installed the part, then verified all was functional.

He is very knowledgeable and has responded quickly. He knows what he is doing and keeps you informed throughout the process. Everything has been ideal so far, and he really seems to have my best interests in mind. Richard knows what he is doing, He thoroughly kept me up on what was going on, I felt very comfortable with him.

I contacted the provider to schedule the appointment. In between then and when they contacted me to confirm the appointment, my dishwasher miraculously started working again. I contacted the provider and advised them that I would no longer need the service. I have since contacted Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase. The provider was very courteous and professional throughout the process and I have saved their name for future use.

They stated that deal no longer applies. They stated they contacted Angie's list to remove deal. They would not honor deal.

Richard looked into the dryer problem and recommended I replace a few parts. He explained what he was doing and how I could clean/maintain the dryer to help it run more efficiently in the future. Richard called me on his way to my house so I could leave work to meet him at home. He arrived punctually within the small time frame he told me he could be out to my house. He was courteous and very friendly. Thanks Richard!

The company was not able to come out and do the work when I needed them. I did not end up using this deal.
