He came and fixed the dryer which was great. I wanted them to look at the microwave because the screw was missing out the handle. The handle came completely off and we had to order another handle. We did not order it because he stated the handle would be 95.00 and we did not want to do it at that time. He charged me 70.00 which I think it was over charged just to look at handle on the microwave.

This repair shop doesn't deal with LG appliances. They need to put that information into their description of services. I wasted a day finding that out.

Richard was great, as always. Prompt, hard worker, honest. Didn't charge me an extra fee when he had to come back a couple of times because of the poor plumbing job that was done to the house before I bought it (seriously--the previous plumber just hacked off a pipe, capped it, and left it sticking up out of the floor in the perfect location to block in the dishwasher. And left the valve to that pipe open! If I knew who it was, it would be my personal mission to run this plumber right out of Baltimore. But I digress...) Anyway, I couldn't recommend Richard more.

Our experience with them was perfect. It was quick and we didn't have any problems. I have no complaints at all. They were convenient. It was just in and out. They also worked with our schedule. It was great. They were more than willing to help. While they were here, they were willing to look at whatever we needed. So it was perfect.

Richard came out, diagnosed the issue. The washing machine had a leak and didn't always drain the water during the spin cycle. Richard explained what caused the leak and that the drainage pump needed to be replaced. He left to pick up the part and was back within the hour to replace. All is working fine and will use Richard in the future, highly recommend.

Richard came at the agreed upon time and quickly and professionally repaired the leak in our refrigerator. Thankfully it was an issue he could fix in one visit,

It did not go very well. The problem was not fixed properly. I was not very impressed with their service.

The day of the repair went well. He was professional and fixed the main issue with the dishwasher. This was on Friday, and I used the dishwasher to do a load of dishes. I thought everything was fixed! When I tried to do a load on Sunday, nothing. The lights on the dishwasher aren't coming on. I had my husband check the breaker box to make sure that the breaker hadn't flipped. I called and left a message (didn't expect an immediate call back). I sent an email on 3/30. Haven't heard a thing. So much for a 90 day warranty on your work. My low grades are due to the fact that the work really wasn't done (my dishwasher still doesn't work and now has a totally different issue) and the lack of any response to my email/voicemail.

I would use this company again without hesitation. Very professional and reasonably priced. Found the issue and fixed promptly.

It took about four days after the first visit. He said need it parts and it would take about three to four days. Came to fixed it and did a good job. A week later, the drier's belt broke, I called; the repair man came within two days; took another four to five days to come back with the part. The good thing about it, he did not charge for labor just the part. Overall, I spent anywhere between 190 dollars and 200 dollars. So far the drier machine is working!

Went very well. Richard quickly found the problem with the drier and replaced the worn out part. He was on time as scheduled and efficient in the work. I will definitely recommend this company.

It was excellent! I had them work on a dryer and it took them less than an hour to fix it.

My washer was shaking and he came to check it out. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and tell me the cost of the part. Unfortunately, the part is expensive, so I didn't end up proceeding with repair. (Service call is $70, but I used the coupon. Ended up costing me $40).

That was good. It worked out well. I think I paid them another $20 or something but it was a good deal. It was good and he was knowledgeable.

Requested gas stovetop repair. Spoke with provider in advance to make sure they provide this service. Technician came to house looked at stove for about 15 minutes, stated that it couldn't be repaired and charged an additional $75 for the trouble. While I like the idea of fixing rather than replacing (perhaps better for environment than old stovetop cast onto garbage heap, it was a worthless expense and trouble. I liked the fact that the technician did not shut off my stove top and force me to buy a new appliance. I will work with what I have for now.

The coupon I bought for $25 was fro $50 workth of service. I should have checked first, but found out after I purchased it, that their service call fee is $110. So that means $85 for the service call after applying the coupon value of $50. Again, I should have checked first, but after the fact I called Sears and found out that a standard service call is $79, plus they offer 20% off if you have the service performed. Then the tech tells me that an addtional $124 was required to replace a belt and pulley. I asked if that factored in that I already bought $50 worth of service time. He didn't understand and kept saying I only paid $25, which I kept trying to explain that I bouth $50 worth of service, but he just didn't get it. Then I said, howe much if I don't get the service? And he said the coupon would no longer apply, it was only for service. Final recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Seems like they jacked up their service call fee so after you apply the discount it's really a standard service call fee anyway.

When I reviewed what would be covered in the deal I realized that it wouldn't cover the service I needed I requested a refund from Angie's List.

He did a good job. It took 3 separate trips because there was some trial and error with getting the right parts. Price was reasonable and he was professional. Washer is working good as new.

We found Richard's Appliance Repair on Angie's list and both called and left a voice mail. Within a short time we got both a phone call and email setting up the appointment. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. He said he could fix the problem that day if he went to get the part. Within an hour he was back and the problem was fixed. Also checked out the entire washer and said it was fine. Yes we would recommend him and will use him in the future

Richard was my technician and did a great job. This was the second time I have used them. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back to replace if. everything was very professional. They even took an angie's list coupon that specified it wasn't applicable to refrigerator repair.

Richard was punctual, courteous, and up front about the parts he had to order. Very professional and highly recommended.
