Description of Work: Replaced motor on washer/dryer combo. Went well. Took about a week to order the part so that was the least favorable aspect of service. Overall would recommend.

Description of Work: He fixed the washer that stopped working. Then fixed the dryer I broke trying to dry the wet clothes from the washer. Then fixed the small fridge that wouldn't get cold anymore, all in one visit.

Description of Work: I called for an appointment because my washer was down, they only had an opening in 2 weeks. This didn't seem timely to me and I chose another vendor. The admin who returned my call was very professional and polite but was limited to helping me in a timely manner.

Description of Work: They installed my new garbage disposal. It went great. He was professional. He explained everything and answered all questions.

Description of Work: He repaired our dryer. He came and diagnosed the problem quickly, then came back to install the part when it came. His part price was high, but he let me supply my own part.

Description of Work: Richard did the work himself, runs a very efficient operation. |He repaired my washing machine (bad pump) and refrigerator (leaking drip pan). Took 3 visits (because of parts) all perfectly punctual. He's a real pro. (I did not compare prices)

Description of Work: Called for a problem on a unitized washer/dryer and the receptionist said that the job may require two technicians (one to look at the washer and one to look at the dryer - ridiculous) despite my stating that the problem was with the washer's agitator. | |They ordered a part that didn't fit, ordered again, and then gave up. Each time they refused to schedule the return appointment until they'd received the part (though they knew when approximately it would arrive) necessitating many extra back-and-forth phone calls. It took nearly a month before they deemed it unrepairable and I was only given a partial refund for the service call.

Description of Work: REPACED WIRING ON MY GAS OVEN |THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND THEY EVEN COVERED THEIR SHOES SO THAT NO DIRT WAS TRACKED INSIDE MY HOME.

Description of Work: Richard repaired our dryer that was making scraping noises. He arrived promptly for the appointment, found the problem, went to his truck and got the replacement part, and did the repair. Although the noise did come back a little later, he returned right after we called about it, and made a slight adjustment. The dryer works well now. |Richard was always on time, pleasant during any contacts we had, and easy to talk with. We would certainly use him in the future should we need his services.

Their inspection and estimate of the repairs to my dryer were spot on, and I felt confident in scheduling them to do the work. Not only did Richard deliver on the repair, he was able to get my dryer up and running much sooner than we originally thought. I will definitely be using Richard's Appliance Repair in the future.

He quickly reviewed my problems, presented clear information on my options for repair, and was able to complete the service same day.
