Description of Work: They were assigned by our warranty company. Two technicians came and they told that cannot provide a service because dishwasher nor removable. After that we waited for report from them to warranty company for more than two week ( all those time they were not picking up phone calls and were not responding) This company cooperate with warranty company scamming customers telling same thing why they cannot perform a job but continue to collect $100 for diagnostic. Our dishwasher removable , other company came here , pulled out and we waiting for a part now, their also said it was not a big deal to remove it and its a part of service when repairing dishwashers. Scam company, beware ! Look for someone else when looking for provider and check reviews before scheduling

The vendor did not honor the coupon, did not return phone calls, and did not return emails. Use them if lack of professionalism is on top of your priorities for service repair

Description of Work: Emailed owner and no call back received for about two weeks. Needed repair of range and refrigerator. Felt service charge was a little high for two appliance repairs that took two visits (diagnosis and then repair with ordered parts) and a total of one hour of time.

Description of Work: We had a washer go on the fritz. The woman answering the phone was spectacularly professional and committed to making the whole experience clear and seamless. When Richard came, he took the history, looked at the machine, un screwed a few things and decided the pump was easily unplugged. cleaned it and Voila back we went to a perfectly good working washing machine. And I'm certain others might have been ruthless but I know EXACTLY who I'll call when the next thing goes on the blink.! |A great experience... They found it more difficult to fix than they expected but they got it done pretty quickly and it has worked fine since. We played phone tag for a couple of days but they were always trying to get a hold of me just like I was always trying to get a hold of them, so they were not being unresponsive. Their professionalism was also great.

A part needed to be ordered from the warehouse, but as soon as the piece came in, he was back out and fixed it within 24 hours of getting the piece in his hand. He was quick, cleaned up after himself, and just a really nice guy. I'd definitely recommend.

+ -1 moreI should clarify that the dollar amount is due to this being an installation covered by a home warranty. That being said, Richard Davis originally came out and examined a 40 year old wall oven that another repair company refused to even look it because they couldn't find a model or serial number. Richard was very professional and took the oven apart to find out what the problem was and if it could even be fixed. When the warranty company decided to replace the oven rather than repair, I made sure Richard was brought in to do the install. Once again Richard was very professional and helpful. I wasn't able to even get him a delivery time until the last business day prior to the delivery date and when I couldn't give him more than the four hour range provided to me, all he asked was that I call once the stove was delivered. I called as soon as the stove arrived (mid afternoon) and Richard was there as soon as possible and stayed late to make sure everything was working. I would definitely hire Richard to repair and/or install any other appliances within my house and would highly recommend him to others.
Description of Work: The service performed was the installation of a new stove. The stove was a replacement for a 40 year old wall oven with a bad thermostat. Our kitchen had previously been equipped with a wall oven and separate range top. When Richard wasn't able to repair the wall oven, the decision was made to replace both the wall oven and the range top with a new stove combining both the oven and the range top. This meant that Richard was installing the stove in a space my husband had to create within the cupboards and work with connections that had been designed for a gas range top, not a gas stove.
