Qualified Remodeling

I will never recommend this company to anyone. Our county requires permits for the work that was being done and they did not apply for permits until Aug/Sept and the work was 99.99% complete at the end of July. Both the plumbing and the electrical inspections FAILED. The electrical work for the recessed lighting (14) will need to be redone because it is not safe. An electrical heater was not installed correctly. Most of the plumbing that athis company did will need to be redone as well. The quality of their work is poor. I can go on and on about all the things that are wrong. The quality of products that they installed is poor as well. If this is the work they did in MY home, just think of the work they will do in YOUR home. Be wise and request this company to get permits for the work they do in your home BEFORE they start!!

Mr. Barone came as scheduled and stayed over 3 hours his photo album showing the work he had completed his ideas for my remodel was great the extras were a little too good to be true and it was. I explained to him I would have financing through my bank and he asked to give him a minute to give me an estimate and asked for my SSN and me not thinking gave it. He ran my credit report without my permission and attempted to get me to go with his finance company at a rate I did not need then continued to negotiate the work although I had told him I’m was waiting for other estimates. He became a little hostile stating that he had been here over three hours. Unknowing that he had ran my credit I began receiving a request from Foundation Finance 3-4 times a day to view and sign a form. My credit score went down and no help from the company to remove there hard request since I did not authorize it. I wrote this in detail to make others aware because I was ignorant for a moment and it cost me.
