When I left a review of MD Legacy last year for building a beautiful paver-stone pad, I wrote that I looked forward to calling Eric again in the spring for some additional work. And WOW--they just finished the new projects, which have completely transformed the entire perimeter of our house! We hired them to remove overgrown bushes along the front of our house and create new garden beds in their place, as well as lawn leveling and grass treatments. As he did last year, Eric stayed in virtually constant communication by text and phone, patiently answering our many questions and addressing every issue we brought up with creative solutions. We could tell he was giving the project his full attention, and he designed the new garden beds in gorgeous shapes that complement the contours of our property, with super high-quality materials--from the stunning stone garden walls to the river jack stones laid along the house and used as accents elsewhere. We had such confidence in him and his team that we ultimately expanded the project to the other three sides of our house, replacing several weedy, hard-to-maintain strips of land with low-maintenance gravel patios and walkways--including beautiful stepping stones that make it easy (and fun!) to walk there. Eric's crew was just as friendly and outstanding as before, and over the course of three full work days, I got to know each talented member, including his dad Reggie (always so helpful and kind), Carlos, Jose, Chris, and Walter. They were true artists with the stone wall, making precise measurements and cuts to create smooth curves, and in all their choices they made sure to direct the flow of water away from the foundation. They even cleaned up the yard impeccably. Eric and his crew made the whole experience an absolute pleasure, and at the same time turned our landscaping dreams into reality. We can't wait to have them back for the planting phase!

Went excellent! I contacted Eric after a few neighbors had work done by them and highly recommended. He was very quick to reply and had some come to the house the SAME day and I received the quote a day to so after. The process was so wonderful and well organized - communication was great, status of project, asking how my experience was during the project and feedback after. Very easy, every step of the way! There was one change we made mid-project that they recommended that added a little coat but overall it was to the benefit of the aesthetics overall and I was very happy they came to me with the idea. We hired MD Legacy to install a paver stone pad behind our shed, for our waste bins to sit on, and the whole process was a pleasure from start to finish. During the planning stage, Eric was always easy to reach by phone and text, and he was happy to accommodate all of our design choices. On the project day, his dad Reggie and a small crew installed the pavers to perfection. They were all so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything looked beautiful. They spread grass seed not only on the areas they disturbed, but on many other bare spots around our lawn, without my even asking. And they cleaned up the jobsite completely, leaving no trace of dirt or gravel. The resulting paver pad is absolutely stunning, and made from excellent quality materials. I look forward to calling Eric again in the spring to address our other landscaping issues!

I was highly impressed with Eric's professionalism. The price for resetting my patio pavers was very reasonable compared to the second price that was quoted to me. Since I was out of town, Eric kept me abreast of the work that was being done via photos. The patio was done within time frame that he had said it would be completed. His team was very professional, personal, neat, and well organized in completing this job. Md Legacy did an excellent job in leveling the pavers and power washing them to look new. I am highly impressed with the new look of my patio. I would highly recommend Md Legacy to anyone who needs patio work or landscaping.

The team came and went right to work after conferring with my husband and confirming what we wanted. They did an AMAZING, excellent job and we are beyond pleased and grateful for the beautiful work they did. I will submit pictures after we take them tomorrow. My garden Wall and the plants that were out in are so classy and pretty. It turned a dry dusty area where a tree stump used to live to a beautiful garden a decorative wall. Once again, Eric Cardona has out done himself. I have used him for a number of projects in the past and he takes pride in his work and it shows.
