Chris arrived on time and went right to work. He knew everything and corrected the way the computer was set up. He explained things that could be understood easily. He mentioned we needed a virus program and when I said our Internet provider gave us virus protection, he asked if we wanted him to download it. In a few clicks, we had virus protection When I tried to click on to something, and couldn't, Chris showed me how to click on and everything was working fine. It was snowing and our geek was not in a rush to get out of here. When I mentioned cleaning off the car, he found several sites that sell an extended pole with a foam pad to easily wipe off the car. He left the link on the computer where we can buy one. I learned more while he was here than all the hours reading a book on understanding Windows 10. It was well worth the money to get the computer running and so convenient to have a Geek come to our home. We are pleased with all the service we have received in the past from Discount Computer Service and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting an easy solution to their computer needs

The folks at Discount Computer Service were able to quickly diagnose and repair an issue I had with my laptop PC. The service and communication were on point and the price at the end didn't vaporize my wallet. Highly recommend these guys!

I have been very happy with them. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The only negative is if you don't go early in the morning you might have to leave your computer overnight. Sometimes they can troubleshot and fix it the same day. It turned out to be a memory issue with the computer that had to be replaced. They have a bench fee that you have to pay, but if you get the repair done they might apply it to the repair. They try to work with you to get the price down as much as they can. I felt like they had a good system in place to try and make sure that you have got all of your pieces back for your computer. They labeled the cords and everything that you brought. They will put a number sticker on everything you brought to make sure you got all of your original equipment back.

I brought computer in because it was shutting down/restarting on its own. DCS stated they couldn't reproduce the problem. So they would clean the computer and deleted firefox. They recommended I use google chrome instead. As soon as I got the computer home, the same problem occurred, except it was happening so frequently now that the computer is almost not usable. Additionally, when I brought the computer in for service, they were running a special of $29.95 for diagnosis. When I questioned them about the difference in price, they simply stated that my problem doesn't fall into that category. But they couldn't explain which category did qualify for the lower price.

I used them about 6 months ago and they fixed my problem. I have used them whenever I have had a PC problem. I give them an A rating and I will use them again.
