Description of Work: I hired them to replace a kitchen faucet. They arrived on time and did a very good job removing my old faucet and replacing it with the new one. |They charged for exactly the time they used. I've had other experiences where the time was rounded up and cost me more money. |Good ethical company that I will continue to use for all my plumbing needs.

 + -1 moreIt took a few days and was pretty expensive but they did it. They did a good job and solved all of our issues. They are pretty well known and we use them all the time.
Description of Work: They dug our yard up to get the roots out of our pipes.

 + -1 moreEvery time they came out, they would have to go back and get a part, even though I explained thoroughly the work that needed to be done. I even explicitly requested that they bring everything. I found their incontinence very frustrating. When they installed the sump pump they installed it backward and then 3-4 weeks following that installation, my basement flooded.

 + -1 moreThey sent 2 guys to do a 1 man job and then took 4 hours to do it. Will never use them again. Way too much money for the job they did, even for plumbers.
