Mr. Needel was on time for appointment and spent a long while explaining everything. His estimate was good and we decided to have him install our new furnace and air conditioner. However when we called to tell him of our decision we left messages on a message machine and never received a call back. My husband called more than once and I also called and our calls were never returned.
Description of Work: Provided estimate for replacing old oil furnace with new gas furnace and air conditioner.

WE WERE REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY BY A FRIEND. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
