Very well. The dumpster arrived on time and was carefully delivered so that it didn't damage the driveway

Very good service. Answered all of our questions and concerns. I have no complaints. They are very professional and helpful. They always respond to my email immediately, and sometimes when I call, if I can't talk to the person I called for, whoever answers the phone answers my questions. I have no complaints, they do a very good job.

Their driver hit my garage door when parking the dumpster causing damage. I have a witness and pictures of the parked dumpster resting on the door (he parked the dumpster touching the garage door causing the door to separate from the frame!) I called the manager who was unprofessional and not helpful. Do not use this company.

Initial phone conversation with sales was great. Kat was very helpful and made the process a breeze. I selected a 35/yard rolloff dumpster for delivery 8 days later. I asked for 9-11 am delivery, but was told the window was 4 hours, 9-1pm, but she's make a note. I wanted to charge to my mother (her house) but did not have the card with me. I offered to use my own card to hold it, but was told that was not necessary, just to call the next day with the credit card information. Next day, same person, no 35 yard available. I was told they never put it in the system without a credit card, but I could get a 30 yard. Shortly thereafter, Kat called to say a 35 yard was available, she thought I needed it for the very next day. I confirmed info again, delivery in one week. Day before delivery, I called to confirm date, time, and size with Kat via VM. Later that day, Laura called me to co firm delivery, but said she saw no notation about 9-11 preference, but she would note it. Day of delivery, no dumpster at 1:30. Called office, it was closed. 1:45 driver calls to tell me he'd had a problem with a dumpster, and he'll arrive by 2:21 according to his GPS. Arrived around 2:20 PM with a 30 yard dumpster. Told me to call Kat on Monday and she'd take care if it. Needed another dumpster, complained about lateness and size, and she claimed driver should have called to advise of lateness and delay. No adjustment on price. At this point, I'm going with the devil I know and requesting it 1 day before I actually need it, costing me a day of work. Not sure of final outcome, but based on service to this point...don't use them. I'm shocked they have an A rating on Angie's list.

My father passed away and we were cleaning out his house. I've used them before and they are absolutely excellent. They are very easy to work with, very dependable. We actually had to keep it a little bit longer, and there was absolutely no problem. They've been wonderful to work with and we are very pleased with their service. When they say they are going to pick up, they pick up. It arrives on time and is picked up on time. The people I've talked to in the office are very personable, friendly, pleasant, and easy to deal with. They are very reasonable.

This was a simple process. Big Red Dumpster was professional, friendly and prompt.. They gave us a size larger and worked with us when we needed it for a few extra days, even after our two weeks which is a great amount of time for the price. The delivery was quick and easy- placing the dumpster where we wanted it. Can't say enough good things.

My experience with Big Red Dumpster went fine. They were responsive. They came out here at very little notice. They hauled everything away in a timely fashion. It was well done.

They were responsive in dropping off, but not responsive in scheduling the pick-up.

The entire ordering process was very easy. Dumpster was at my house the next day. Lady called frequently to ask when dumpster would be ready to pick up which was annoying but I understand some people may have them for a long time. We were surprised by how much the dumpster ended up costing in the end. Lady named Cat has called about every 4 months for the past two years continuing to ask if we had any dumpster needs.

They called to see if they could bring a larger dumpster than I requested and I agreed. Good thing I did because we used every inch of it!

Great. They delivered and picked up exactly when they said they would. Could not ask for more from a Dumpster company.

They’ve been great. I’ve used Big Red Dumpster twice and they’ve been absolutely wonderful. They dropped of the dumpster, you have about a week or two and they’ll come pick it up. They’re incredibly friendly and very willing to work with you. We had a strong storm and they were not able to pick it up. It was not anybody’s fault. There are companies, because we had to keep it longer, would charge us but they didn’t.

Went great. I extended beyond the standard time and was charged accordingly, went over the initial weight I ordered and was charged accordingly. Very easy, all quite professional.

They did an alright job. They did some cleanup around here for us and stuff. It went fine. I did not have any dislikes about them. They were prompt in bringing the dumpster and they did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves and they had the best price for the dumpster but the other guy working with them was kind of flaky.

I thought they were good and professional. They dropped off the dumpster on time and picked it up when I asked them to. I have no complaints about that. Their price was decent at the time and that’s the only thing I can remember. Everything went according to plan and so I have no complaints. It would have stuck out of my mind if they had to drop off the dumpster later or if they didn’t pick it up or something.

They were great. worked with me on proper size and gave a delivery time that was convenient to my schedule. They allowed me to keep it one extra day as well. Picked it up exactly when they said they would. All in all, perfect transaction. Nice people too.

The office staff were very helpful in choosing the right size dumpster. When we filled the first dumpster and ordered a second, they arranged for the swap out to be done the day that we called, even though it was not a regular day for their drivers. The driver was very good at backing down our 200 foot drive and placing the dumpster correctly.

We had a good experience with Big Red Dumpster especially because they were flexible with the return of the second dumpster due to the delay with our home renovation project.

It went well. We had no trouble with them. The only problem we had was that they have a standard price for 14 days, and we only used them for one. We were hoping for some sort of discount but we did not get it.

We needed the dumpster for our renovation project. We had several layers of flooring and underlayment from the two rooms, and two rooms of carpet and padding. Together this was far more than a few mini-van trips to the dump, so we decided to rent the dumpster. The web site was very helpful in guiding us in the size we needed, as it gave the dimensions of each dumpster. We reserved the dumpster online and completed the details over the phone with the office staff who were exceptionally helpful. The dumpster was delivered on the appointment day, within the four hour window as promised. When we completed our work, we called for pickup. Even though we were more than a week early, they picked up the next day.

They did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable and the workers were courteous.

The dumpster size we initially requested was not available on the date of delivery so they upgraded our size at no extra charge. It was delivered during the time period specified and in a professional manner. The project took a lot longer than expected and we received a weekly phone call from Big Red to check in our status. There was no pressure to finish the project any faster from the phone calls but it was good to know that they cared about their dumpster. The dumpster was in good condition; however it did have a bad odor after a couple of days. Not sure if it was the wood beams in the dumpster or something inside the dumpster that was activated when it rained. Nothing too significant though. After we completed the work we called for dumpster pickup and the came promptly the next morning. The driver even climbed up in the dumpster to make sure everything was secure and did not charge us extra. We would use Big Red Dumpster again.

Good experience overall. I would recommend them to others and will probably be using their service again soon.

It went very well. Kitty was very helpful because I needed to keep the dumpster a little longer than the two week limit because of some personal issues. She was told me that they couldn't guarentee I could keep it longer, but they would contact me if they needed it back. It turned out I was able to keep it a few weeks later and I was able to fill it.

Outrageously good customer service. Customer Service rep called to arrange drop off and even promised saturday delivery. Driver was courteous and placed the dumpster exactly where we wanted it. Customer service rep called day of delivery and gave me her cell phone number in case there were any problems with delivery. Of course there weren't any problems. Customer service rep called after delivery to make sure dumpster was delivered, placed where we wanted it, etc. Customer service rep called again in two weeks to arrange pickup. Did I mention outrageously good customer service? Such a pleasant experience that i have no problem recommending them and would use them again.
