+ -1 moreEric came out to my house on the same day that contacted him. He did a site survey and gave us his recomendations with a quote. It was non pressure sales presentation, which was very nice. I have heard horror stories about alarm companies scarring the h*** out of you and hitting you up for lots of extras. This was definatley not the case here. The only complaint that I had was the alarm installer did not vacuum the saw dust from drilling around the door frames.
Description of Work: Home alarm installed with keypad, remote key fob, four motion sensors, five entry doors and smoke / heat sensor.

+ -1 moreAFTER MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH MY PREVIOUS ALARM COMPANY, I CALLED ON THIS COMPANY VIA THE YELLOW PAGES. THE OWNER WAS VERY NICE AND EMPATHETIC. HE OFFERED TO COME AND FIX MY SYSTEM BY INSTALLING NEW EQUIPMENT IF I JUST CHANGED MONITORING SERVICE TO HIS COMPANY AND COMMIT FOR THREE YEARS. IT WAS A DEAL! HE CAME WITHIN A FEW DAYS AND REPLACED ALL FAULTY EQUIPMENT. THE TRANSITION WAS PAINLESS.
Description of Work: MY ALARM SYSTEM WAS EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WHERE THE ALARM COULD NOT BE SET UPON LEAVING THE PREMISES BECAUSE IT KEPT READING A ZONE ERROR. THE ALARM WOULD ALSO GO OFF EVERY 5 MINUTES.

+ -1 moreI HAVE NOT HAD TO USE THE COMPANY THAT OFTEN. THE COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING THE ALARM. THEY HAVE MADE IT TO THEIR APPOINTMENTS ON TIME.
