Description of Work: The provider came out said our pool needed a part. He would order the part and be back in a week. After two weeks of us trying to contact him with no response, we finally got him to answer. He said he would be out the following week. I called that morning that he said he was coming and was told he would be there between 6:00-7:00 PM. I told him I wanted to be sure of him coming because I had to take off from work. He said he would be there. He never came and will not return any calls. This is the worst customer service and I would not use this company.

Description of Work: The staff was very professional and their work was acceptable the first time they came out however they never came back! After almost three weeks of calling and leaving messages to see what the problem was, I decided to use someone else. I will never use this company again.

+ -1 moreWe have been waiting for 4 months for our hottub to start working. Its like we were on a backlist and werent important. If I knew it would take 5 months to have it fixedm I would have went else where and saved time. Never calls if late or not going to show, and if he does show up ITS A MIRACLE. LOSER
Description of Work: Originally fixed our hot tub with no problems, after one year our hot tub wouldnt heat. We called in February for him to fix our stuff. Now in June we still dont know what is wrong and he regularly misses appointments and doesnt call for days or even weeks. I shouldnt have to call wondering why noone showed up and what is going on. 4 months to fix a simple problem. This is ridiculous and wish we would have went else where.

Description of Work: I have an in ground pool. In April of 2012 I received an unsolicited letter in the mail offering special prices on opening and closing my pool. I responded to the letter. I left several phone messages but did not receive a response to either message.

Description of Work: We have used this pool service for two summers now. He does an excellent job opening and closing the pool and providing a weekly service to clean the pool. Much more responsive and knowledgable than the previous pool company. Price is excellent - highly recommend A-1 .

+ -1 moreCame out quick and fast. Ordered the parts with no money down. Had a few times where we had times set up to complete the job, but we had the reschedule a few times. We needed all new parts for our hot tub, blower, pump, heater, thermostat and a cover. Price was very very good,beat other competitors by half. Hot tub runs perfectly and looks good. Nice guy to talk to after a few minor speed bumps. Would work with again.

+ -1 moreThey open our pool for us. However, since they did not close all the valves our heater leaked and we had to use another company to fix it. They also didn't remove all the plugs in the pool and failed to tell us, which the required several hours of work to figure out why the pressure was so high.

+ -1 moreThe owner was quick to respond and quickly located the problem. The pump had to be ordered and replacement was done as soon as it came in. After replacing the pump, a leak was found. Was told finding the leak would be labor and cost prohibitive. The owner instead bought a can of leak fix, came back out to treat the spa and charged me just another $50. Very pleased with the result, the honesty, professionalism and customer service.
