It was an excellent service. They were always on time and they did a great job. Clean up after themselves and great customer service.

We've used this company for our lawn/garden maintenance for the last few years. This year for the fall clean up was the WORST! I'm not sure why the crew didn't do the complete job the first time they came, but after contacting them several times, the job is still not complete, nor have we received a explanation as to why one of the shrubs in front of the house wasn't touched. The last response I received from them stated, "We been there few times already We are not coming back." When taking down our decorative garden fountain for the winter, I discovered that the electric cord had been cut (not the first time we've had this type of an issue). I included this in my e-mail correspondence and it never was addressed. 1/15/2016 After the previous "we are not coming back" message, a follow up e-mail was sent to the company's owner advising him that we would be pursuing action. Within a few days, a very nice workman came to the house, unannounced, and completed the work we'd requested.

Crew did a fantastic job. I also use this company for mowing, and they do a great job for a fair price.

We have used them in the past. We have a contract with them now and they cut our grass once a week as well as do the yard. They do everything related to lawn care but if we want more like mulching or landscaping that would be a separate charge. We have probably been using them for a month now but we have used them before at least a couple of years back in 2008. The quality of their work is excellent. They are fast and efficient. The professionalism of the people doing the work is top notch and the professionalism of the back office is okay.

Every year since 2005, I’ve gotten fantastic service, a beautiful looking yard and countless compliments from my neighbors.

This was my first year using Turf Doc and I'm going to stay with them. They have a good price, are reliable and responsive and do a great job.

The crew of ten arrived at 8:30 Saturday morning as scheduled. The job went quickly and smoothly and they were all very well organized. They worked very hard non-stop for 3 hours straight. When the job was finished, the crew did a great job cleaning up. They were quick, neat and efficient. The entire property looks beautiful. They did an excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased. I've hired this company every year for the last 7 years and every year I've been very impressed with their quality of work and professionalism. I would highly recommend.

Delmar came to the house a day after I requested an estimate via email. His estimate was fair. He told me that the job can be scheduled for the following week. I requested a days notice so that I could be home while the work was being done in case there were questions. I got the call on Thursday morning and Abner and his crew arrived at 7:20 am on Friday. It was 90 degrees+ and the crew of three worked non-stop for 5 hours. The work was all in the backyard, so they had to haul all the yard waste from the back to the front (up a slight incline) and then the mulch from the front to the back. They did an excellent job. The quality of work and professionalism was outstanding. The backyard looks beautiful. I've used this company every year since the Spring of 2005 and every year I've been very pleased with the work performed. TOOK FOREVER TO COME, SAID THEY WOULD ARRIVE ON SPECIFIC DATES BUT DIDN'T. DID LESS WORK THAN AGREED, BUT INSISTED ON GETTING PAID THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT UNDER THREAT OF COLLECTIONS. WORK NOT DONE INCLUDED TILLING OF THE VEGETABLE GARDEN EXPANSION, SEEDING NEW GRASS, AND MULCHING NEW GARDEN BED IN BACK OF HOUSE. I TRIED TO BE POLITE AT EVERY POINT, BUT THEY JUST DID NOT GET "CUSTOMER SERVICE". WHEN I TRIED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THEM OVER THE FINAL AMOUNT DUE (GIVEN THEY DIDN'T DO ALL THAT WAS AGREED), THE OWNER ASKED IF I COULD "PROVE" THEY HADN'T TILLED--AS IF TO SAY SHE WAS JUST GOING TO DENY THEY DIDN'T DO THAT.
