The repair guys were good under stressful circumstances, remaining calm and professional. The office did not communicate with me as well as I would have liked.

The first scheduled visit ,they didn't come-car trouble. I waited all day. The second day I was scheduled for 3-5, they arrived at 6. They evaluated and said a part had to be ordered and it was too lat to call the office and get it done. I called Mon morning because I hadn't' heard from them. The secretary then said she would order, did not know anything about the need to order a part.. She called back , said the part would arrive Tues, scheduled me for Wed 8-10. We'd came and I got a call at 9:30 saying it was a 2 technician job and they were trying to find a second tech. They came at 5

They were able to provide same day service and they charged less than all of the other estimates I had.

The Repairmen were very professional in every respect and I would gladly recommend them to family and friends. I would also hire them again if and when the need arise.

The first time I used the dishwasher after the service call it leaked all over my kitchen floor. I called and left a message on Sat morning around 9 am. It is now Monday night at 10.30 pm and I still have not had a call back. I hesitate to this company install my new dishwasher and they have also lost the job of replacing a valve on my washing machine. which they also quoted for during the service call. I am very disappointed with this service. This is not what I expected through HGTV.

Service was timely and efficient. They were polite, arrived on time (offered to come earlier and called to see if I was available), and finished to job without issue.

They did a great job. I thought the price was a little high for what they fixed on my washing machine, but I'm no repair man. They even came back out on their day off because they didn't have the part at the time.

TJ and Todd from Simply Service came to the house. They called me an hour before the appointment time to say they could come earlier. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me pointers and assisted in mending my issues with my Fridge. Definitely going to call Simply Service again if I have issues with my appliances.

Tj and his apprentice was great! They came over the same day of the service call checked out the two appliances that needed repair and was able to get the parts the same day and was back over in the evening to fix them.they did what they said they would do and was great to work with.they were very personable, friendly and professional.hopefully I will not need them anytime soon but if I do I know who to call, simply service.

Called late Sunday night about a backed up dishwasher. Got a call back first thing Monday morning for an appointment Monday afternoon. TJ was running behind but kept me updated and came near the end of the window. He identified the problem in 5 minutes, explained it to me, and fixed it in 15 minutes at a reasonable price.
