 + 2 moreCharles Kerins was AMAZING. Call him now - seriously - he was so goo at keeping all the balls in the air, responded right away, got it done in time. I deal with LOTS of contractors as a real estate agent and think he is by far one of, if not the best, for this type of work.
Description of Work: House was pending sale, buyer had wanted some things addressed before settlement. We installed new smoke / carbon detectors throughout property, removed and replace concrete pad in front and sidewalk in rear, diswasher replacement, and a few other minor things

He answered my questions as work progressed and made I understood what his was doing, and suggestions to handling my patio blinds after work was completed.
