From the first conversation with the owner, John Moir, I found him and the company to be very professional and easy to work with. John was flexible in arranging the time for the initial project review and estimate, and he and his team were prompt and efficient in all aspects of the project. In addition, American Home Care's prices were extremely competitive, and the quality of work was excellent. The overall experience of doing business with American Home Care surpassed my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to family, friends, or anyone with a need for their services.

I was very pleased with the timely manner that I received an estimate and when the work was performed. The gentleman was very kind and knowledgeable. He fixed my roof and I was satisfied with the work.

John was great to work with, and he was prompt was his quotes and his service. (The other two companies Service Magic offered did the following: 1. never returned my call; 2. came to my house 5 days after the request, but then never sent me a quote for the job.) John's crew was fast, clean and efficient, and I was so happy with their service that I recommended them to my neighbor, who then had her roof done by American Home Care.

The recent winter snows damaged my roof and gutters. I had leaks in my 16 year old roof and after seeking advice and doing some research, I decided that replacing rather than repairing the roof was the best thing to do. I got three estimates on the project. I chose American Home Care. Their price was very competitive. John Moir and his crew were very professional. The work was done in a timely and efficient manor. They effectively dealt with any issues that developed during the project. The quality of the work was excellent. I also had John replace the gutters. The roof and gutters look great. I highly recommend John and his crew.

Mr. Moir expained everything thoroughly and began the project quickly. His men and he were courteous and professional at all times. The job was finished in two days and looks beautiful. I would highly recommend his company to anyone.

Overall, a very good job from start to finish regarding preparation, quality of work and clean-up. A 4.5 rating would have been accurate. Two things would have raised our rating to five: 1. Quicker phone contact with us regarding our questions. Even e-mail responses, his preferred mode of communication, weren't often responded to in a timely manner. 2. Letting us know that our small shingle sample, when applied onto a home's roof, appears much lighter. This may have changed our color choice.

Outstanding service. Roof and new gutters look great. Always took time at end of each day to clean up the yard. Always were concerned about safety especially with our 2 story, steeply pitched roof. Cost estimate was the best, and even worked with us to get a better price on the color we had selected.
