Solid Root Landscaping LLC

Landscaper severed/cut my internet/cable/telephone line and never bothered to contact me. Found a note in my front door at 7:30 PM. Too late to contact the cable company for any repairs since it was after normal business hours. I had been to the house earlier in the day any there was no note. The note said that I should call the cable company, they could come fix the cable. I called the owner of Solid Root to inform him of the situation. He NEVER responded to my phone call and message. That was Friday. I called him again on Monday 8/11/14 since I had not heard from him. He said he did not check his messages. What business owner does not check his messages? In addition, his worker (who actually cut the line) did not have any contact with him. When I finally got in touch with Brian Touchard, he said he was sorry it happened and still wanted to perform my lawn services. I said that if this is how he does business and these are the type of people he employs and how they respond to emergencies, no thank you, I will find another landscaper. I should have contacted immediately so the problems could have been addressed immediately.Today he has the nerve to send me an invoice in which I am over charged. I informed him that in light of everything that transpired, including my wife losing work time, not to mention the aggravation and inconvenience he has caused, I should not be expected to pay anything.
