Description of Work: First of all, within 30 minutes of calling they had someone on my doorstep, and it was actually probably more like 15-20. | |The main problem I called for was a leak in the toilet tank caused by a broken valve which sprayed water all over the inside of the lid and dripped down the outside of tank. They replaced the valve and then also checked the seal under the toilet. This was not part of the problem I had called for and there was no leak here that we knew of, but they offered to check it out since the toilet wasn't seated properly and wobbled. It turned out that the flange was cracked in two places, possibly by being tightened too much previously or just from being old and getting brittle as plastic does. So they cut out the flange, replaced it and the seal and reseated the toilet. | |Bottom line: we now have a properly functioning, leak-free toilet to the tune of $500 plus, quite a bit more than I originally anticipated when I called and replacing the tank innards was the scope of work, but we do have peace of mind that there will be no more leaks.

Description of Work: Reseated a toilet and replaced the supply line; repaired a bathroom sink; and replaced an existing outdoor faucet.

Description of Work: I used Roberson Steve Plumbing. I actually just had them out on Tuesday for the first time. I had a clogged pipe and they came in and fixed it.
