Not only did Palmer's Plumbing promptly come out and repair the pipe, but Jason followed up with a visit to discuss ways we could avoid having a problem in the future. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, professional and efficient. We have a reliable plumber for future projects.

The work was completed in a professional and timely manner, with Jason and Palmers standing behind the work performed.They were very flexible with the other construction schedules going on at the house. In some instances they showed up within an hour to provide services when required. Outstanding in todays service world. I have done several renovations of this magnitude and I highly recommend Palmers for your plumbing requirements, they can do anything plumbing and gas related.

Palmer's Plumbing returned our call the morning after we left a message. A home visit was arranged for later that morning. This prompt response may have been due to another job in the area, but the efficiency was appreciated. John checked under our house and found no leaks. He further checked our water meter to confirm no water was being used. Next John checked the tub valve which leaked intermittently. He told us that the valve was too corroded to be removed, and would need to be replaced. He provided an estimate should we decide to go ahead with this work. Although we will not be requesting further service at this time, when we do need this or other plumbing work, we will call Palmer's Plumbing!

It was fine. We also wanted a new sink installed but that was not considered feasible where we wanted it.

Efficient, prompt and under budget,

All work was completed and done in a professional manner. He asked good questions to find out the problems and left the work area extremely neat and clean. We would definately use his services again if needed.

No complaints. Palmer dispatcher estimated tech arrival in approximately 1:30, he arrived in 1:40. He quickly investigated leak source and identified pinhole in brass valve after minimal sheetrock removal. Problem was diagnosed and repaired within 1 hr ($55 for srvc call, $92/hr labor, and $30 for parts). In and out, no surprises, although I did have to replace the insulation around investigated areas and will have to replace the sheetrock damaged in the process, but he was up front about 'we sometimes make a mess, but we don't clean it up...' and I wouldn't expect them to at $92/hr. Altogether a pleasant experience and less expensive than anticipated.

All went well. I have no complaints. All the people I have had contact with at Palmer's Plumbing have been friendly and professional. I will be using them again in the future for other jobs I have planned.

They were prompt and courteous. Had to call renai dealer to diagnose problem and then put in condensation tubing. I never did see any condensation but as long as I kept heat lamp on renai unit during cold spells it continued to work. Palmer did not do the original installation unfortunately, as they would have informed me that our installation in the garage was not optimal.

Scheduling was difficult because of our calendar, not his. He was very flexible and prompt, after an appt was made weeks in advance.

The job went perfect . He came at the agreed upon time and finished that mourning.

Jason arrived promptly, very professional, explained what he needed to do, answered my questions and gave helpful advice(i.e., that I could hook up a sm electric water heater to my boiler in the summer so as not to have to use oil to heat my water during months when heat is off)
